Where is Glamcy located?

Glamcy being a website, all the office automation, site management, marketing and administrative parts are located in our office in Martinique.
For practical reasons, logistics are managed in our warehouse in Metropolitan France.

I am in Martinique, can I collect my order on site?

We do not have stock in Martinique so it is not possible to do click and collect.

How do I choose my size?

In the item description to help you, we have indicated whether it is expandable or not. This detail is important because if the model is stretchable it means that you can choose your size, otherwise it is better to take larger sizes.

We have also provided you with the size table for each item, it is safer to use it to choose your size.

If my item of clothing is too small or too large, can I exchange it?

We only take back clothes delivered damaged;
For reasons of hygiene and abuse, we no longer take back items already delivered.
Take the time to choose your size and if you need help in making your decision, do not hesitate to contact us.

My item is out of stock. When will the next restock be?

Most of our models have limited stock, with small volumes.
It is possible on certain models that we will not do restocking. To avoid missing the release of new models or a possible restocking, we advise you to subscribe to the Newsletter. So stay the first to know!

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

First of all, we are sorry for this incident which can unfortunately happen, even with a quality logistics service.
No one is safe from an incident. We suggest you send an email to glamcy.mq with photos. We will process the request on a case-by-case basis.

I just placed an order, how long should I wait?

You will first receive an email confirmation of your order. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you haven't received it.
We process your order within 7 working days. During school holidays, weekends or public holidays, we do not process every day, so you have to wait a few more days. Delivery is generally made between 5 and 7 working days from the moment the package is shipped. This delay may be longer if you are abroad. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
