I go to this Walmart regularly because it’s right next to my neighborhood, but I’ve been really disappointed with the quality of their produce lately. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. I keep buying these items, believing they will be good at least this time, but unfortunately, the same issues keep happening.

I purchased a bag of potatoes, and as soon as I got home and checked them, I found several already spoiled with mold and rot (see attached picture). Even when they look fine initially, these potatoes don’t last more than 4-5 days before going bad, which is frustrating.

The quality of other vegetables is just as concerning. The limes often have little to no juice, and buying a bag feels like a waste. I’ve also noticed that mandarins are sometimes already spoiled right on the shelves, which shows poor stock management.

To make matters worse, I recently bought MANNS washed and ready-to-eat broccoli, only to discover it was filled with insects—despite being labeled as ready to eat.

It’s really frustrating to deal with this kind of inconsistency, especially from a store I rely on. Walmart needs to take these issues seriously and make improvements. Selling spoiled and low-quality produce not only wastes customers' money but also erodes trust in their service.

说说今天在这家沃尔玛被“零元购”的经历：买单出来我去厕所，把购物车放在check out出口，1分钟后我从厕所出来发现自己的购物车整个车被偷了，整个车被人推走不见了。然后我申请值班经理帮忙，值班经理叫安保经理和我谈，安保经理态度很差，不看监控不问情况，一上来就和我说这种事没办法帮不到我，我的诉求是这里太不安全了，我还没出沃尔玛大门就被偷，申请退款补偿，我三次提出这个诉求被拒绝理由是责任全在我他们没有一点责任，安全经理整个过程不看监控不问情况，只是说帮不到没办法。
我在这里说出我的经历想提醒其他华人，这家店之所以这么不安全是因为管理不行，客人被偷东西还没出店家大门就开始推卸责任，但是如果遇到丢孩子的情况我都不敢想他们会怎样敷衍你。所以，为了大家的安全我一定要把自己的经历说出来，大家可以做一下参考

I've ordered online to have my groceries delivered for a couple years now, but lately the process has been arduous and the service has been lacking. Out of the last three times I've ordered, two of my orders have had outrageous substitutions and/or refunds. Why don't you update the website when you're out of stock on something? Today an employee started texting me numerous photos followed by a, "?" and, "which one?" (indicating a substitution). I tried to guide the employee to ask one of his colleagues, to no avail. I asked for a manager to phone me, but that didn't happen.

Oh, and if you need to reorder, they don't refund the delivery fee or give any kind of credit by default, by the way.

Completely unprofessional service.

I called and called and called for hours and they kept answering and then hanging up the phone and you can hear it lift off the receiver and then be placed back down before the call drop so well making phone calls to the store. I also went to the store and physically watched them answer and hang up the phone when I asked him why they hung up on me. They said they were too busy. I also work in customer service this was not a busy day. This is lazy and understaffed thank you Walmart for making me drive all this way for an answer that could’ve taken two seconds on the phone.

I never share reviews but this was so gross. I went to this store and literally all the produce had gone bad. I didn’t even have to dig to find it - this was apparent and could easily be seen by anyone stocking the shelves. This is so gross! Please check your stock and remove rotten items.
