I’d much rather make the drive to Penn or Quail Springs Mall before I ever shop at this location again. Long story short. The employee are rude and would rather chat with each other then help you. Plus I feel like this location doesn't have as much of a selection as the other stores.

Only leaving one star because I have to. The rudeness of the staff today (3/17) when asking a simple question will be the reason I never return to this location.

I don’t care what time you close, when your doors are still open, you should treat ALL the customers with respect. Not speak with an attitude and make comments out loud about how you’re going to block them from entering the store. If you don’t want people coming in then lock the doors early.

You’re employee was unkempt and looked like she had been on a three day drug binge and since she made such condescending remarks when asked about your current sale, I’ll just be sure to keep my business of your store. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the manager about the way she spoke to us and another lady, who actually stayed inside the store, which is what I WANTED to do after the way the employee acted. Instead, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I've struggled with finding bras I liked for a long time, but the young lady with cool hair and tattoos was very attentive and sweet when helping my daughter and I. She didn't push her and constantly reassured her to make her feel comfortable. I never thought I could fit into a Victoria Secret bra lol! I think this is our new favorite location.

Rodolfo and the manager was absolutely amazing. The manager started out helping me and then Rodolfo took over and he helped me with everything I needed and I got all of my Christmas shopping done in one swoop. I will definitely go back to this location. Thank you so much.

Honestly I did not feel comfortable shopping at this location. I asked for the main manager and she just sent me to someone else. I felt as if my services weren’t fulfilled… I will never go to this location again. ?

Store manager favors employees. Will fire you even with a doc note and will be late themselves and let other employees get away with stuff but will write the ones she doesn’t like up. Turnover rate will stay terrible and employees will not be loyal nor happy!
