Best place to get lingerie and underwear in Trafford center. The service is unmatched, the shop is spacious, luxurious, feminine, elegant and beautiful. The quality of product have increased. You feel comfortable there. It’s cleaned and well maintained. I needed to get my bra size and find new bras after my pregnancy. Zara helped me by taking my measurements and find what was best for me. They have large changing room which came handy as I was with my son in his pram. They have a system of button, once you are ready for them to come in to take your measurements or if you need help, you just have to press the button on the wall that is aside of the door. No need to open the door look for someone etc. Zara was lovely, patient and professional. I had a wonderful time. I have been to other lingerie shop in Trafford and this is the best quality and treatment by far imo. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, this is the one. Thank you Zara I will come back soon!

Took my 13 year old daughter here for the first time, for a bra fitting. Ruby was amazing, an absolute star that put both my daughter and her 51 year old dad at complete ease. Thank you Ruby. ?

I was in Victoria’s Secret today and I bought my favourite perfume but when I pay the cashier told me the Trafford Gift card is not working for them. I was so disappointed and surprised because that was my Christmas present but I couldn’t able to spend anyway I bought the perfume but I think Victoria’s Secret needs to explain about it.

Staff were unhelpful. Stock was all over the place wrong sizes in wrong draws. I managed to find what I wanted (sort of) eventually with very little help or advice. To make my visit worse was the girls on the till were very rude and having a chat between themselves whilst serving me as a customer. Won't be returning to store !

im doing this review for my mum as shes technology avoidant and asked me to do it for her.
on the 23rd of July my elderly parents went in to victorias secret.
i had researched places for my mum to go to get traditionaly measured and get some bras to,shes been to both M&S in the trafford centre and bravisimo in picadily/manchester to and neither got her size right so shes spent so much money on bras that dont fit.

im a disabled guy and i know from some of my ex suport staff who use victorias secret that it tends to atract a younger clientel,which my mum was a bit unsure about using as she thought she woud be judged but it turned out to be any thing but that.
a shop staff called Mia gave my mum lots of help and advice and properly measured her for a bra which turned out to be a different size to the ones the other two shops had wrongly told and sold her.
my mum said Mia was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful,she left my mum buzzing with pride and confidence when she got home about finaly knowing her size.
So if her boss is reading this,at the very least please give her the praise she deserves! thanks.

I was messed around so much in here today. Not impressed. I had money to spend and wanted to treat myself to some new lingerie. I asked for bra sizing as and was left waiting for 5 minute initially before I was even approached by the girl measuring. Then she told me there was no rooms which isn’t her fault but ridiculous they only have such little space for such. Busy store. Another 10 minute go by and someone else gets let in before me? And then once I got put in a room I was left for at least another 5 minute in stuffy hot room. Didnt get to buy anything because I got fed up of waiting
