It's quite an amazing chocolate store. The line for buying chocolates is small; non-existent. The line for buying gelato is pretty much 15-20 minutes plus, every time. It's because it's pretty darned good! Plus, the care the servers put into the presentation is wonderful too. And they're quite nice as well.

I wish they had a place to sit. There are a couple seats nearby, but they are "owned" by the Valley Fair Mall, so there's a lot of competition to sit!

Wonderful customer services. Kiddo can’t decide on the flavors but she was super patience and recommend different gelato flavors. After tastings, we went with the recommended flavors. Tangerine and passion fruit was wonderful

Venchi Chocolate and Gelato outlet at the Mall in Santa Clara is a must try. A wide spread of Chocolates and Gelato. The Pistachio, Chocolate slabs were mouth watering. 400 gram slab costed about 19 Dollars. The Hazlenut, Pistachio Gelato were a treat to the taste buds, the best among the various flavour that we tasted

I normally prefer ice cream over gilato. But Venchi is at all together a different level.

1. Best branding in the entire westfield valley fair mall. A mall where almost all best brands in the world are there ..Venchi stands out in atmosphere, exquisite presence, unmatched decor, and finally amazing chiloccolates and Gelato.
2. Gelato itself is different. first you get so many options...pick a cone or cup and then which flavor goes on top..which is flavor selction plus gains..then you can try different ones...and yes..first taste it and then add those scoops......a lot of flavors you get to try

3. This was my 3rd time there and I can say service level is unparalleled...today there was not much crowd but even when we had 25 people behind me they still gave us 4 flavors to try till we were satisfied...they take customer service to the next level....this is a sign of winner brand...differentiated product combined with top class services.

Very disappointing and poor customer service. I decided to try this place because they had a very nice display and the line was packed. My wife and daughter were shopping so I had time.

The first lady I spoke with at the register was very nice and helpful. I decided to order the 1-lb take-out ( $18.90 /lb). I However, I sampled almost every gelato they had and was very disappointed. I could not find two good flavors. I changed my order to the "Regular cone" that comes with 2 flavors.

I saw they had a special, individual pieces of chocolate for $2 each. I asked the lady what's the normal price was, and she told me they would go by the weight (really). She weighed them, and it came out to about $3 each. I got 4 pieces because of the promotional price.

When I checked out to pay. After I chose my two flavors, the guy weighed the chocolate pieces, I told him the lady at the counter told me they were $2 each (promotion price). He seemed confused and asked another female employee. The other employee was rude and told me, "No, they go by the weight." I told asked her to look at the sign by the register where it says $2. She was rude and said that's not the promotion, I told her thatI don't want anymore.

Since she was rude and unprofessional, I told her, "No problem, I would leave a review on Google and she replied, "Go ahead, I don't care.

Service here is very good; because of the good service the line/wait can be a bit lengthy. The gelatos are great, I love that there are several hazelnut flavors. Would come back here again if I’m at the mall.

I believe it was Sofia who helped us and she was great!

The best gelato in the Bay Area! The line can be a bit long, but it's absolutely worth it. There's no limit on tastings, and while everything was delicious, my favorites were the Pistachio (unbelievably good) and Tiramisu. My husband went with Pistachio and Mango.
Baby size is single flavor, regular is two flavors, and large is larger condiments with three flavors.

Loved the flavours! We tried cappuccino and vanilla. They both were good. Small size is enough or can be shared if you are not a sugar person!
