The Team Store is awesome. The line to check out went fast. We purchased a game puck, ( you can only purchase game day pucks at the registers), the item of the week and a purple Jazz Stanley cup. The establishment has this process down pat.

I ordered 4 jazz jerseys and they all come within a week! Very fast and easy service! I ordered a lot from the jazz store throughout the years and never had an issue! GO JAZZ!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered some personalized jerseys for Xmas for my nieces/nephews and spent almost $1,500. A couple weeks ago I was getting a few more and I went to pick them up and was told the price was $150 per jersey. The few weeks leading up to this I checked the team store website and they were showing them as $130. I told the kid that who was ringing me up and he said he needed to call the guy I worked with. He was told HIS price was $150 and they wouldn’t honor the $130 from their website. I bought the jerseys which ended up being $500 more dollars. I reached the following week and spoke with the assistant manager. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. I didn’t hear back so I reached out a couple days later and during this time noticed they changed the website amount to $150. When I spoke with the manager she said they wouldn’t honor the $130 because the price was actually $150. She wouldn’t budge and kept saying the price was truly $150. I emailed them screenshots of the website showing $130 and it did nothing. After this customer service I’m done with them! I’ve been a lifetime Jazz fan and this sealed the deal!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went into the store on 8/27/24, purchased 4 items for $344.80. On 9/4/24 I visited the store and exchange a jacket for a different size, and returned a $60 tshirt that was not needed. On 9/23/24 my credit card was charged the full amount, without any refunds on the shirt that was returned. Thank you for highlighting just how busy I was getting kids back to school, and that I missed that you never charged me on 8/27/24, never credited me on 9/4/24 for the merchandise I returned, and made me nearly cancel my credit card because I thought it was stolen on 9/23/24 with a purchase I hadn't made that day or even week. Good grief what a disgusting way to steal from customers and do business. Of course I don't have the original receipt or return receipt I did get initially...at this point. Gross. Way to go Jazz Store.

Shipping was reasonably quick, however my order arrived and I was shipped the wrong merchandise which was very disappointing. Hoping it will get resolved quickly so I can be a satisfied customer.

Charged $1.50 for the mandatory “feature” of Route shipping tracking, which requires you to download an app and make an account (giving your personal info to yet another anonymous tech company) to access tracking information that’s normally included with any other online order. Order sat for a week and a half at the warehouse before being shipped the mile or so to my house. Box arrived absolutely destroyed and partially open. First and probably last time ordering from the Jazz store. But I guess this is par for the course from a team that requires you to order your stadium concessions thru an app, rather than thru the human standing in front of you. Jazz ownership seems to embrace any opportunity to involve another third-party, information-gathering, middle-man company under the guise of being “technologically advanced,” whether or not they actually provide a better customer experience.

Please use caution when buying from this website. Not only did they mess up my first order which cost over $100. They sent the wrong item to make up for what they messed up on. This business is very shady and won’t answer your emails or calls. I have over 11 emails with one response. Please watch out!!!!!!
