This store is a real gem and one of those neighborhoods stores that don’t exist anymore! Had the best experience and amazing customer service since I didn’t really know my bra size and the assistant was so experienced and knew exactly what I needed I was impressed! Quality of products is top notch and they have so many brands 10/10!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but just want to shout out to Junise, who made me feel so at ease and comfortable throughout the process of buying my first few bra’s since breast reduction surgery. If I had been anywhere else, I would have walked out halfway through in frustration and without anything new. Junise stuck with me through the whole process and knew what to bring throughout, and helped to keep me calm and lighthearted when I started to get a little flustered while narrowing down what worked. I walked out with new bra’s, and feeling confident and happy! Thank you!!!

This place was amazing!! First off, the store itself is so beautiful and welcoming. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Maddie helped me with fitting me to my appropriate size, and found amazing bras for me that fit my taste and price range! I can’t wait to go back once I get another paycheck ? it’s definitely easy to spend a lot of money in there!

Whenever I am in the City , especially recently , I have been directed to Town Shop for lingerie and accessories!

Yesterday I finally made it there and what a shopping experience! It’s bathing suit season and their racks of suits are fantastic. Town Shop apparel is quality , well displayed and a wide selection!

The BEST IS THE STAFF wonderful
Assistants spent hours with us one on one. MATA was a standout with her knowledge and vision.

We left so happy with a stack of clothes.

Great customer service. They made my daughter and I feel very welcomed and my daughter felt very comfortable with the young lady that helped us which I loved. They are also affordable which was a major concern to me at first from just visiting their website, but going in person at their location, I was able to find something within my budget

Amarelis is amazing. If you need a bra fitting, she is your expert. I've gained weight and no longer know my bra size. she picked the perfect size and brand on the first try! I don't think I can ever buy bras again without her.

TLDR the staff is soooo hit or miss and the inventory is very “mature.”

I think your experience here is heavily dependent on who you deal with. I came in after losing a significant amount of weight and needed new bras. I was excited for the process and felt good about myself. I’d been here once before with a friend, and the woman who was helping her immediately identified her bra size just from looking at her, and she left with a ton of stuff she loved. However the woman who helped me was very awkward. She would ask to come in the fitting room but seemed uncomfortable seeing me shirtless. How are you supposed to know if the bra fits if you won’t look at me wearing it? She just seemed wholly uninterested in actually helping. She just made me feel really uneasy and weird about the whole experience, like I was not who she wanted to be helping. I won’t be returning because of this experience.

Also I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for anything sexy. Everything is very full coverage and reminds me of my mother.
