I have been buying these products for a while, this bag chain is changing color and falling apart.
I went to the store where I bought it and was told they didn’t have in the service as proof of purchase. I am asking for exchange or to repair.

My friend and I were in the store today for our mothers for Mother’s Day. We didn’t get greeted at all we were walking around looking at different items and just browsing one of the ladies said we looked lost and confused and she called a security guard to guard the store like we were going to steal anyway my friend ended up spending $500 for his mom. FYI doesn’t matter the race or the religion of the person and by the way, we were both white males. They did the same thing with other races of people of different skin colors and it’s like they didn’t want anyone shopping from them. When my friend walked back into the store with me, she said your back again like we weren’t welcomed. This lady needs to be fired immediately she was an older woman white and extremely rude to not just me, but to everyone in the store. it’s like she has never seen someone browsing or looking around a store before and trying to find something someone may like. I told her on my way out, we aren’t stealing miss trust me we have enough money to pay your salary lol

Aubrie was an absolute delight yesterday. The store was completely slammed with 15+ people and Aubrie still managed to help me pick out a gift for my sister (very small wallet to be used as a business card holder), while also assisting a store full of less understanding shoppers. Would not mind waiting till last minute again next year if Aubrie can save the day

This particular Tory Burch store in the Boca location is a disgrace and an insult to the brand. The workers are very racist and they profile customers which is unacceptable and disgusting. I went here to return a pair of sandals I bought online and the associate told me she has no time to assist me and it will be awhile before she can help. I stood there waiting, and immediately afterwards a white person went up to her and asked for help and she assisted them without any hesitation. This is blatant racism and Tory Burch should not accept this type of behavior at all. They make millions off minorities and this behavior of discrimination should not be tolerated and this worker should be fired. Shame on Tory Burch in the Boca Mall!!!!! Shame on this brand!!!!

I came in on the evening 8/16/22 and I was looking for handbag and wallet. I was greeted and the worker with blonde hair just stood at the desk where the cross bodies and wallets are located at, making it hard to look at them. While looking around , I was checking the details of the bags they had trying to decide on the right gift. After each time me and my boyfriend would look at a bag, she would go back and “fix it” . I tried looking at another bag and before I could even grab it, very loudly she says “I’ll let you know that bag is $…” I left immediately after that. She made the whole experience at the store awkward as if I could not afford the bags and getting bothered by me looking at them. Never going back

THIS STORE RACIALLY PROFILES YOU!! As soon as I walked in with my niece, they put a guard up blocking the door as if I was going to steal and run out with something. Mind you there were already other customers in the store (WHITE) and there was no guard up blocking the door. But as soon as I entered the store thats when the guard went up. As I was leaving, the lady said she had to "walk me out" as she removed the guard WHICH SHE DID FOR NOONE ELSE. As I left, I saw that the guard never went back up on the door, even though there were still several customers in the store, which tells me they only put the guard up when a Black person entered the store, and removed it once I left. HORRIBLE SERVICE‼️ I will never purchase from here I will continue to shop at Bloomingdales instead.
