Very poor customer service. I have visited the TJ Maxx store in Brownwood at commerce square many times and there have been a few times I have witnessed and observed sales associates working in the changing room department, redirecting customers to go and fetch for the clothes the customers tried on, and to bring it over to the associate working in the changing room department. Like it's the customer's job to go and fetch the clothes and bring it to the associate. And it makes me want to say something. That is actually the most ridiculous and the only thing I can't stand about t.j Maxx in Brownwood. There is a undeniable feeling that I get on the other end of the counter hashtag customer / me. That I could get kicked out just for informing them, that's their job. And to not redirect me. There was only once, that I have seen an associate redirect someone on the spectrum of autism off on the side, burshed her off, made her wait. As the next customer after the next customer is next in line she's waiting there asking for assistance. And completely ignores her. It almost makes me want to stand up to the counter and say something. There's the other thing. I used to work in customer service for almost about 10 years and I had to learn numerously, and many times over, and most importantly, that not only first comes, first serve. But that, every customer is a valued customer. Somehow or another it seems like I keep running into this same issue with the customer service around the area of Brown county. But since TJ Maxx is my favorite clothes store, I get to pick on them and tell them.
"Hey!!! I don't agree!! And I especially don't agree with the sales associates at the changing room department!!"
At T.J Maxx at Brownwood, in commerce square. It feels like to the other end of the counter hashtag customer/Me, at times can be publicly humiliating. I go there to shop because we're limited to the clothes departments we have out in this area. Because it's a small town. And the fact I also wanted to say; that big businesses will lose money, based on a customer's experience. For an example, if a customer has a satisfied experience, the company will potentially bring in more customers. Therefore, more money. If a customer is not happy, then the customer might not come back. And that means no money.
Yet, you have these people who will say this though, your money is where your mouth is. Just like the importance of high demand and consumerism, the customer will always come back. Well here's the big sad news for you TJ Maxx of Brownwood you son of a squares. Continue to hire unprofessional people like that, less money, less business. Put your money, where your mouth is, think like a professional.
