Paul the service manager is awesome, very patient, explains things, very courteous, great customer service experience. An Nathan set up my appointment for 4 new tires, he was also very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to have my vehicle worked on if I have any problems.

Avoid this shop at all cost!!! Tried to charge me for a steering box I did not need! Quote was $2000!!! All I wanted was it to drive strait down the road. They adjusted something and made my truck dangerous to drive home!!! It pulled like crazy!!! 23 year old kid was to lazy to adjust the camber!!! Not kidding!!! I had to have a second opinion so I went to Northern tire.
Boy I’m glad I did and saved buying a whole steering box!! Northern tire has my truck driving strait down the road. No slop and no play!!! Tires plus lied and had a kid that don’t know anything about a 2003 truck. He was 1 when it was made lol. Said it needed a steering box!!! ?

Wow!!! Dodged one there!! $110 at Northern Tire…they don’t try to scam you there. You have been warned!!

This Tires Plus has never tried to dupe me like some other places. They also got my oil changed in a timely manner and are always so nice and professional. They are very affordable, which is nice because I'm low income. Also, the layout of this store is very open and accessible. The mechanics are always very understanding of my disability and always speak respectfully, as if I were any other customer. All in all, I will be going back, as I have for years, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

appointment at 9 am for oil change and tire rotation. Car was still not ready at 6:15 pm. This is excessive to do this work. Additionally, they recommended an alignment. I replied I has lifetime alignment. They were surprised. Picked up the vehicle and receipt was marked could not do alignment. WHY? Because they could not charge? Scam! Also said windshield washer fluid was low. Said they filled it, attached picture of funnel in tank. Got vehicle home, washer tank cap was loose and no fluid had been added. Another lie! They told me over the phone that oil change was complete at 4 pm, but at 6 pm said oil was not yet added. After I walked into the shop, they miraculously finished all of the work in 30 minutes. But I don't know if any work was really performed.

The service was fantastic at this location! I had an appointment on New Years Day and from just sitting and waiting for my car I could hear how great the team was with politely managing expectations on what could be done today on a holiday. I had booked my service for 2 new tires and a tire rotation after going to another business originally. After they pointed out the crack in my third tire, I was convinced to add an additional tire to my service. Without me asking, the team worked out getting me the best deal for the additional tire. The original business I had gone to had quoted me three times the price for two tires and a rotation than what I ended up paying today.

The service was exceptional. The store is clean, appropriately kept, and with offers available throughout. Paul, the service manager was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain all the available tires for my wheel size, the pros and cons to each, and provided his professional input. In addition, he explained the process and gave me an estimate of how long it would take.

I would highly recommend Tires Plus Total Care Care for any size tires, including Tesla vehicles, such as mine. The 4-tire change service was appropriately performed, balancing all 4 wheels, pressurizing the tires, and using torque wrenches to exact factory measurements. Extremely happy with the service and will come again.

I went because I need alignment on my van, they offered me a "lifetime warranty" for an extra fee to regular cost, I found it a good deal, every 6 months they call me to do an appointment and check the aligmment, I took advantage to add oil change and tire rotation in same day, after 3 alignment services, you can see how my tires looks, look my "aligned" steering wheel, always is a different history about service, I called them to make my last appointment on Saturday, they called me back to make arrangements for Friday, I told him I need to pick up my kids and need be done before 3pm, he assured is gonna be done for that time, I was there waiting for my van, almost at 1 pm, they still did not even move my van where I parked, I asked him again he assured me again is gonna be done, finally I need to leave, with just oil change done because obviously they didn't have enough time to have everything done, at the end of the history I do not recommend this for anything, of I can rate with 0 star I'll do it. If you take care of your car and want to save some money, make yourself a favor and stay away from this store.
