Carol was very willing, instructive and helpful in teaching me how to knit a furreal throw on circular needles .I had purchased materials from this store a year ago and was tempted to give up. She took the time to visually demonstrate the correct technique, now I’m happily knitting. Thank you!

Very rude! My daughter and I went in to look around, both of the employees were rude. Si I told my daughter we could go find the sane junk from CHINA in a different shop, hopefully they will at least be nice! Sure enough that's what we did!! I wouldn't waste time going in to this place, you won't miss anything!

I love this store and visit at least once a year, as I live a good distance away. My mother and I were in the store on October 24, 2022. The young girl that helped us was VERY VERY PLEASANT! I would have given 5 stars, but the older lady with thin straight hair was quite rude to both my mother and I. We made a nice size purchase and were rushed through our sale, as she was more concerned with the patron behind us. I don't know if I will return. I don't appreciate being treated like that.

I was in the shop on Saturday, January 25, 2020 and saw a Brighton wallet I really liked but I left without purchasing it. I called the shop the following Monday after deciding I wanted to buy it after all. The lady who I spoke with was very polite and happy to take my order over the phone. She even offered to include the free Brighton tote bag even though my purchase was a few dollars short per the promotion. My wallet and tote were shipped free of charge that day and I received them yesterday, just two days later. I live an hour away, so having it sent to me was great. Thank you so much for excellent customer service! I will definitely stop back in whenever I’m in Frankenmuth.

Very upsetting! I have been coming to Frankenmuth for years. The first time I went to this “boutique” the younger girl was rather rude and not very helpful. This was a few years back.... now I am in town for a week, dog/house sitting so I decided to go for a run and check out the boutique one more time , thinking maybe the girl was just having a bad day. Well this time the older ladies were just as rude. I didn’t buy jewelry or their rather “old style” clothing. However I did purchase a fair amount of candles an other items. Even the ladies at the register were all rude. Had I not wanted the product I would have put them back, yes. I was out for a run and did a little shopping however my attire was still Appropriate ! These so called customer service women were judge mental and very rude. I will not being going back. Very disappointed. Ladies you need to treat all your customers with respect even if they are just browsing an or NOT buying 1000$ worth of merchandise. You were all OLD enough to know better. Treat someone the way you would like to be treated.

We shop at the White House every time we are in town— the service has never been outstanding. However, we were just in and walked out incredibly disappointed. We purchased an abundance of Brighton Jewelry and were never helped getting the necklaces off the displays, or untangled. We were checked out by Hannah and she was the rudest employee I have encountered there.

We walked out and were in shock due to the poor customer service. We then saw them advertising outside of the store with signs saying there is a free Brighton bag with purchase. We went back in and she said they were out, and the manger was suppose to be working to take down the sign.. all you have to do is tear it down to prevent false advertising.

We then proceeded to call and ask for a manager; the employee said she was off for the whole next week.
The customer service was terrible, Hannah was quite rude, they are false advertising— but the manager is suppose to be working to take the sign down is not in for the week?

Not impressed with the Whitehouse.. great selection, but that is ruined by the poor service and rude employees.
