Too many comments saying “not enough parking,” “lot’s too crowded,” not enough mentioning how hard it is to get here without a car.

More parking will not solve the issue, only viable alternatives to driving will. Buses don’t even stop here, and they’re not frequent enough to be viable. If this place was built to be accessible for all, then parking wouldn’t have been an issue.

The Shops at Briargate, Colorado Springs, CO is a collection of shops and restaurants that offer a nice combination of chain brands as well as smaller private companies offering a unique mix of things to buy. There are so many options to choose from without the hustle and bustle of an overcrowded mall.
P.F. Change is the big draw, but don't overlook all your options, or you may miss out!

This is a very nice shopping area with overall nice stores. However there is zero shade and very little places to sit and rest. So if you want to wait outside for your friend or partner to shop at a store or just take a break it is very uncomfortable on hot and sunny days. They need to add shaded areas asap to make this a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor mall to shop. Also the parking is terrible. Arrive early or you are SOL to find a spot without circling preying someone pulls out

Seems like a nice walking mall. Many stores and a nice environment. Good location and easy to access. Many restaureants and bars (sports / family bars I mean). We have a good time.

The bougie section of the Springs. Not a big fan of wealth on display in this day and age, but it’s the world we have I suppose. Serves its purpose if you “need” a Container Store, Lululemon, or other purveyor of overpriced gawdy goods. Also there an Apple Store and a few other spots that “regular” people may frequent. Just watch out for the narrow parking spots full of expensive oversized vehicles. Had to nearly climb in through the window as someone basically parked on top of us in their 7 seat 18 foot long SUV.
