The Back Room is a woman's fantasy closet, so many choices, and so much potential fun to be had. How do you choose? Buy them all of course! This shop is absolutely amazing. I could not find ANY shapewear that works with my wedding dress, but the Dain Shoppe helped. They were so patient and they even let me rent out a few options to try out for a week. Now I’m going to feel so confident on my wedding day. I will absolutely be back for bras, shapewear, etc.! 10/10 would recommend!! Nicole (the owner) is phenomenal and will make you feel beautiful!

Such amazing service and efficacy!!! I had a short wait due to an onslaught of customers all at once, but once everyone signed in it was nice and fast. I came to find undergarments for under my low cut, backless prom dress. I was helped by Olivia who gave me several different ideas, helped me put on my dress, and was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a bit of a drive to get here but it was totally worth it, they made me feel so beautiful and prepared for my event !!!

Linda saved the day for me! I went into the store the day before I had a black tie event-- I entered feeling kind of crummy about my look and left feeling like a million bucks. Linda helped me find the perfect bra, spanx scuba suit and was SO kind.

I just had the most AWESOME shopping experience of my life at Dain Shoppe for my lingerie for my gown for my son’s wedding.
Nicole made me feel like the most beautiful person and took great care of me. She gave me 100% of her attention and did rush me at all. She was the best salesperson I’ve ever had. I also found my future daughter-in-law’s nightie and robe for her wedding night. I had purchased a set from another well known lingerie store and it didn’t hold a candle to what I saw at Dain.

I went with a friend who loves shopping here for lingerie. I will say the store had lots of selection and the prices are very reasonable. I did still buy some things because I wanted the lingerie itself but I have a sour taste in my mouth after the customer service and environment of the store. However, I docked a few stars because I was really disappointed in the way the staff interacted with us. Their tone of voice and attitude did not make me feel welcome in the store. Especially when every single staff member kept emphasizing how they closed at 5 pm (it was 4:30). I honestly would have walked out of the store if I had not been with my friend who swears by their lingerie and the fact that I really wanted to buy lingerie today. As a first time customer, the service I received left me feeling more like a nuisance. Below are some more details about how my time went.
I was interested in getting a bra fitting and I asked about it, they said I better do it quick if I want to be fitted because it takes awhile and we close at 5 (yes I’m very aware already). I wasn’t quite ready to go get fitted though. They even commented that it was going to be $25 to just be fitted unless I buy a bra so I asked if I still buy something else would they fit me and the answer was no, unless I buy a bra, I’d have to pay $25.
I decided to just focus on shopping on other lingerie instead of bras. I found some things and then used the fitting rooms to try them on. The thing that probably made me feel the most uncomfortable is when one the sales people peeked her heard into my fitting room without any warning. I was very startled and also did not like how the employee said, “oh sorry yeah we are that kind of place that just pops in.” To me, this is a problem and there needs to be clear consent before sticking your head into a dressing room.
