I had BIAB gel extension nails fitted on the Thursday, on Friday I lost a nail extension I
It was replaced and on Saturday I lost another, just before my holiday, these nails didn’t last 5 days. I was on holiday on a cruise walking around with one finger nail. I had to pay for them to be redone. What a waste of time and money. I did send a message via Facebook and no answer, I left a review on FRESHA but it disappeared and the service is shocking.

Tonight I had my hair cut and coloured by Lucy. The salon is personable and professional and Lucy and her team are fantastic, they recommend and listen to what the customer wants and always achieve it! - I love going and look forward to it every 8 weeks, I leave feeling great and I’m always so happy with the finish. Couldn’t recommend the boutique enough!

This is simply one the most special boutiques you could hope to visit. Lucy and her team are the kindest, friendliest individuals that you could hope for that quickly become more like friends. Nothing is too much trouble and their level of skill and experience in all things in hair and beauty is just amazing. I always joke that it’s like coming “home” when I visit and that’s exactly what it’s like. Whether you’re after a full pamper or just a quick blow dry I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m not easy to please and rarely write reviews but I’m genuinely impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending any of the team or their services.

Lucy has been doing my hair for about 7 years now. She’s always taken care to listen and to make having my hair done a relaxing and pleasant experience. As well as having my hair cut and coloured, I’ve had other treatments at The boutique such as: spray tans, massages, facials and gel nails - all of which have been to a high standard. I’d recommend a visit to The Boutique. It’s always a friendly and welcoming experience.

Always amazing service. They are always friendly and I leave feeling beautiful (what more could you ask for). I have HD eyebrows done regularly and LVL lashes. Sophie does my eyebrows and she's fabulous. I have also had my wedding make up done by the fabulous Sophie.

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hair dresser Sophie was extremely good. She suggested good options and patiently highlighted my thick, dark Asian hair. I love my colour . On top of that I wasn't even charged extra I am very impressed and would be definitely visiting again
