I came by the STAUD store last week ~45 minutes before closing. The sales lady took one look at me, audibly huffed, then proceeded to act like I didn't exist. Such a disappointing experience after being a fan of the brand for years. I won't be rushing back.

Rude sales people. When I walked in there were three women talking. I thought two customers and one employee. I was greeted when I entered. I walked around because I needed assistance but of course would wait until the employee was done with the customers. It was not until the one employee who I thought was also a customer went to go check on someone in the dressing room that I realized there were two employees and one customer plus the customer busy in the dressing room. I stood like an idiot in the middle of the store staring at them but they were so engaged in their conversation that they didn't even notice. One the employee returned to the group after helping the person in the dressing room, I asked if someone could help me. That employee ignored me and the other women came over to me. I asked her for the purse I was looking for and she informed it was sold out. She said I needed to be quick. I do not fit what seems their target demographic but it this does not mean I can't shop there. They should be welcoming to everyone. Interesting that most of the reviews have to do with them being rude.

I stopped in this boutique randomly this past weekend looking for a gift for my sister for the holidays. I didn't have a clue where to start but the staff was friendly right away and knowledgably about the different products. They walked me through everything and asked me questions about my sister's style and helped me find something she would really love. They even wrapped it and shipped it to her in Wisconsin at no charge. The staff there was awesome and provided excellent customer service!

Never one to write a review, my consistent excellent experiences with Staud and the Staud staff compell me to write this one. I love everything about this brand- the quality, the freshness, the fit and all at a great price point. Those things are what we all look for in clothing but the thing that keeps me coming back- IN PERSON- when I rarely care to do that anymore is the sales staff- Sandra and Kawai. They aren’t just regular sales staff and I just thought it would be nice to acknowledge them in some sort of public way for their over-the-top outgoing service. They’re fun and funny and make real life shopping fun again.

The store attendant was very rude. Asked about if they have another color for the bag, and she claimed that they never released the bag with that color scheme with a very condescending tone. I had to pull up a picture to show her. Did not feel very welcome there, which is very unfortunate!

Rude store attendant just ignored us. A couple of women entered after us and had no problem even getting acknowledged. I'll stick to buying from a department store instead.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE! DONT KNOW IF THIS RETAILER IS BOGUS. Ordered something on in February and was told it was FEDEXED on February 17th! Numerous calls to customer service, lots of promises, still haven’t received order. Now customer service number cannot get you and tells you their message center is full and disconnects you!!!!
