I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/5 and paid for the 2-3 day shipping. I should have known when I didn't receive a tracking number that I wasn't going to receive my item yesterday. I have an event to go to today and really needed this shoes. There shouldn't be any excuses because I live in Vegas which is a 40 min flight from Ontario, CA. They don't answer the phones or my email either so I will disputing this with my bank. They didn't render services. This is the first and last time I ever order from this company.

I have ordered THOUSANDS from this company. I made an order for a halloween costume weeks before halloween and paid for expedited shipping. Two items were back ordered but that wasnt indicated on their website. Incalled to check on why it hadnt shipped and was told about the back order meanwhile items ordered aftee that arrived but i got a notice that wouldnt arrive until nov 4th. I called to get a refund on shipping and was denied. I will never ordred from this company again, worst customer service ever

Spicy Lingerie is intentionally misleading customers by having a "Hassle Free 30 Day Returns" graphic on every single page. Turns out, if you go to return items they will tell you that anything that includes panties, hosiery, or is a teddie is FINAL SALE/NON REFUNDABLE.

They are deceiving all of their consumers by not disclosing that information on any single product page or on the check out page. This scam is stealing hundreds of dollars from unknowing consumers who make good faith purchases thinking that this is a business with integrity. However, if an Item doesn’t work out Spicy Lingerie gaslights the consumers and tells them no no no those “hassle free returns” badges on every page don’t apply to you. Not only is Spicy Lingerie willingly withholding critical purchasing information from their customers, they are purposefully doing so in order to make a profit.
There is one single mention of this policy ON THE ENTIRE WEBSITE which has hundreds of pages. The mention is hidden on the Return Policy page—they went to great lengths to make it unnoticeable. It is not listed with their BOLD AND BRIGHT PINK return policy that says hassle free as long as it's within 30 days. Instead, it's one unnoticeable sentence at the very bottom of the page completely opposite to all the other return policy information.

Furthermore, when you request a refund for eligible items they say (direct quote) "Please note you are welcome to return these items at your own risk. All items go through a thorough inspection process so in the case that the items are not accepted for any signs of use the returns department would reach out with more information." At the consumer's own risk? That language is so threatening, and then they suddenly introduce a THOROUGH INSPECTION PROCESS for all items. I read horror story after horror story in bad reviews from customers who had Spicy Lingerie employees lie to them and say the item had dog hair on it, so was not eligible and they would not get the merchandise or their money back.

No product pages mention any restrictions such as costumes can only be returned for store credit  or that the majority of items in their website are final sale. This is a lingerie  business—75% of their inventory are teddies, panty sets, and hosiery! They are defrauding honest consumers by LYING on every page of their website stating that they have hassle free returns, when the vast majority of their merchandise is non refundable.

They deceptively advertise a return policy that's easy, in fact it says all you need to do is just write return on your packing slip and mail to their facility. Spicy Lingerie purposefully discourages customers from even going to the return policy page! And if a customer does go to the page, it is filled with phony and vague information. The policy that nearly EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN SPICY LINGERIE’S INVENTORY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED is listed in a covert section of the return policy page. It is separated from all of the other return information, the text stylistically looks nothing like the return policy section—they have camouflaged it so convincingly I doubt anyone ever sees it. In addition to this, if you have a rare item that can be returned there will be a thorough inspection involved.

This company is purposely misrepresenting return policies in order to defraud consumers out of their money. Online website review platforms for the business are BLOATED with fake positive reviews. This is again another dishonest tactic they use to lure consumers to buy their products.

Additionally, when consumers return items (items not deceptively made final sale), Spicy Lingerie denies returns for fabricated reasons, defrauding the consumer out of both the merchandise and the money spent on it. This manipulative and corrupt business needs to be held accountable for their actions.

They cancelled my order because I asked questions on why it was taking so long to ship out. I paid for expedited shipping. Don't ask questions they will cancel your order without saying anything.

site is not difficult to peruse around on and find what you like, and parcels to look over. I truly appreciate that you have a most loved segment that saves my decisions for future purchases, so I don't need to return to every one of your choices. Furthermore, the costs are genuinely sensible as well, Thank you for everything

The worst online store I've ever dealt with. No reason any package should take 10 days to deliver 1 state away. Especially whe paying an extra $22 2 day shipping. Customer service did nothing to help, they tried to changed the address to try to receive in in time for a show we are performing at in front of 15k people... still sent to original address. Paid for expedited 2 day shipping still took 4 days "to prcosess"

Uses sent tracking number and well recieve on th10th 3 days after our performance

Fair warning if you need anything for Halloween,you better order now or you may not recieve.

Horrible horrible return policy. Accidently ordered incorrect size, no biggie I made the mistake and so I followed their return process. But now they won't give a refund because they state it smells heavily of perfume. The item was never even worn, its a small and an xl was needed so it was never even attempted to try on. So be very very careful and make sure when you remove an item from its package you are in an airtight room because if it gets any residual smell on it from being out of the package for a few minutes they will deny your refund.

Do NOT place your order with expedited shipping from this place. You will NOT receive it in an expeditious manner. And when you contact them about it they play games by giving you some script saying they may not be able to cancel your order and how it’s this elaborate time for processing. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping expecting it to be here at least 3 days after my order was placed and turns out I won’t be receiving my package until the following week! I reached out to them several times via email and requested for my order to be canceled then received an email saying my items were shipped! How convenient for them! Freaking rip off!!! I filled a complaint with the BBB as well. I don’t have use for the items now. I requested expedited service for a reason.
