Shoptiques is absolutely amazing, from the concept to operations. I absolutely love browsing unique items from boutiques located all around the world. I've ordered many times, and every time I wear the clothes, I get compliments! But what is even more impressive is how quickly the items are shipped and delivered once the order is placed. Several times I actually received the item the next day after ordering (and every time I qualified for free shipping through Shoptiques awesome promotions). Also, I had a great customer experience with an item that was ordered in the wrong size. I simply returned it and order the right size -- no hassle, no extra costs. Finally, I just LOVE the small personal touches that come with every Shoptiques package: the pick tissue paper, the cute note from the boutique owner or from the founder -- I feel like I had a real personalized shopping experience from the convenience of my own home. I will shop here time and time again!

I LOVE this online store! The selection has a girlie touch with original and unique silhouettes that are hard to find anywhere else. I feel like I stand out in these clothes and get so many compliments when I wear them out. Well made, beautiful material. The fit is as explained, so true to size. I was very curious about this site because as a lifetime shopper I love the concept of having one market place for different boutiques. It definitely did not disappoint!

All of my packages were delivered quickly, and they were adorably wrapped in pink paper, with a cute little note from the boutique owner. Only one of my items did not fit properly, so I had to return it. I was most impressed by the return process as it was easy and hassle free.

I will definitely be recommending Shoptiques to all my friends.

Do not buy anything at this company!! They are unprofessional and shady!! I ordered a pair of pants which I then asked to exchange for a different pair of pants because the original pant was too big. The woman at customer service said there is no cost for exchanges just send back the pants. But … low and behold it is a lie. After I returned the original pant and received the enhanced version that still did not fit, I had to return the second pair of pants. So I returned them and paid for the shipping. They then wouldn’t return my money only part of my money cause they said so had a credit now because the original pair of pants was considered a credit. At the end after weeks of talking to customer service they ended up charging me for two return stocking fees even though one pair of pants was an exchange. I would never recommend buying from here. So shady stick to companies like revolve and Shopbop since they are legit and do not screw you out of money.

I'd like to first say that I NEVER write reviews but sometimes people go above and beyond for you and that kind of service deserves to be complimented! While shopping online for a dress I needed for an event in a rush, I found myself undecided between two styles and also in need of sizing help. With the event a week away, I had no time to order and return and wait to get it right... I needed the dress to fit and arrive in 2 days!
I decided to call customer service and quickly got Amanda on the phone.. yes, a real person! She talked me thought the decision of which dress to buy and in what size, she even sought out the help of one of her associates Jess for her thoughts also. I felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends and they were giving me really helpful and honest feedback. My dress was shipped that day and I got tons of compliments when I wore it that weekend!
Not only do I love the dress I ended up with, I LOVED the experience of shopping the Shoptiques website and with the help of Jess & Amanda! Thank you ladies, I WILL be back!

Wow, that's what I can say about Shoptiques. Such a great idea and execution! I love online shopping BUT I love that because of Shoptiques I can find one of a kind, unique pieces that I would only find while shopping small boutiques. Plus the customer service is amazing. I get my packages SO fast and every time I need advice on an outfit I chat the Shoptiques girl - she helps me pick out great pieces that fit my style. I love love love love it!

I shopped on this website as a recommendation from a friend. I needed gifts for my girlfriend and her mother and shoptiques made it so easy to find presents that they loved. The customer service is especially amazing. There are so many items available on the site that at first you can feel a little lost but I spoke to a stylist and she helped me narrow down my choices. I will definitely come back to this site when I need a unique gift for friends and family.
