Enseigne bien connue en France, je voulais m'y rendre pour trouver des produits purement d'ici. Pas déçu du tout ! Le magasin est grand et à un large choix de cosmétiques et parfums. J'ai vite trouvé mon bonheur avec du personnel sympa et accueillant. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Jo is such a breath of fresh air. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Jo showed me things I didn’t even know existed and good thing they did because it was PERFECT. The Fenty Diamond Bomb is literally insane for anyone looking for a wet, individual glittery highlighted look without having the iridescent vibe highlighter can bring sometimes. I wish I could’ve written Jo on my ballot in November. I hope to come across Jo again under different circumstances and to become best friends. Best customer service. Jo, if you see this, I hope life is full of beauty, light and love. Much love from Milwaukee. <3

Five star for Michael’s excellent service! I needed help with a fragrance and Michael was very attentive and kind. I left empty-handed (only because the fragrance I wanted was out of stock) but I still had a pleasant shopping experience, thanks to Michael’s superb customer service.

I go to this Sephora pretty often and interact with a lot of the workers for help etc. I usually don’t leave reviews but there are two employees that deserve the recognition; Mateo and Brittney. Last week, I asked to get shade matched for a foundation and Mateo did it so fast and it was perfect (like less than 1 minute without the need for the shade match tool) and Mateo is always so nice and helpful even when it’s really busy . Brittney also shade matched me for another foundation recently and gave me other recommendations to try. She also told me about other foundations and what goes with what etc. without being “pushy”. She is also super nice and helpful and answered all my questions ! They both go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and deserve the recognition!

Despite this place being very busy, the staff here was very friendly. I came to claim my birthday gift reward, and the staff member showed me all the products that were available and kindly explained what they were. Although there was a long line, the wait time was not long at all! I would recommend this place rather than the Ulta Beauty nearby since they are rude.

I love Sephora because I can smell perfumes and buy smaller sizes before committing to bigger bottles. Everyone was really nice and helpful, and even though the store was super busy (about 5:30pm on a Tuesday) the line was fast and efficient. I didn’t get the name of the girl with the septum ring, but she was so friendly and patient even though so many people were asking her questions. She brings good energy to the store!

Monte is a gem ? She helped me select the best fragrance for my sister Chloè Nomade and I even got it engraved! The entire experience was so special and I look forward to returning for more gifts this holiday season. This location always has the best selection.

This has been my store for the past 3 years and I was disappointed for my mother to be spoken to so rudely by Marlena who said “are you ok, don’t snatch bags from my hand again”. Although she may have felt the bag was snatched, which my mother did not realize she did, I believe in any customer facing environment that is not the best way to have handled the situation. Luckily there was an Ulta nearby and we were able to complete our purchase ivy associate who spoke in a much kinder manner there.
