Je n'avais rien de luxueux sur moi est-ce la raison ?
Aucun effort de compréhension, aucune aide.

I had a super bad experience yesterday! I entered the store and a woman attended to me, I asked for espadrille (I know what I want), and she told me that if they had it they were supposed to be exposed, what you see is what we have. Those were the words that she used. Of course, I asked for another person who could attend to me with a better attitude. So the man that started helping me, showed me more options than the ones that they had exposed in the store. Soooooo always ask for more options than the one that you see!! And of course please if the manager reads this, you lost a sale, probably you don't care but is not going to be the only one with that type of sellers.

No one acknowledged us in the store, I wanted to try on some shoes and my friend wanted to buy a gift, and staff was no help, horrible service, I did try on the shoes on display but when I asked and see if they have more colors or a new pair, no one helped me, they simply looked at us and said no and continue talking over the phone with their airpods. Ended up buying across from them in burberry, with much nicer staff.

Shoes, wallets, bags, sunglasses, clothes. Paradise for people with small sizes. Now and then you can score current bag or shoe styles! Staff is always great and attentive!

Please note that I made a purchase for one of your bags (which I absolutely loved), however unfortunately there was an issue in the shipment of the bag (which was ordered from Chicago through your branch in Sawgrass Mills Outlet). I am not sure what was exactly the issue as no one from FedEx reached out to me as it was to be handed upon signature, however no one has reached out and the shipment status shows that the bag was delivered to a different location. Until now things are not clear about whether the bag was shipped from Chicago or there was an issue in the shipment (FedEx).

I reached out to your store where I purchased the bag from at Sawgrass Mills (which is 45 min away from the place where I was staying at during my vacation), in order to understand the issue as I was traveling in like 2 days.

The service I received was the worst ever, and honestly speaking I made a purchase of YSL bag previously and the service was super amazing. My experience this time was as follows: I stayed for exactly 2 and half hours in the store trying to understand the issue, solve the problem and get my money back. I paid in cash and wanted to get the refund in cash (which is normally the case in any store). The guy who was discussing and trying to solve the issue was not honest at all - once he said they don’t have enough cash to give me another reason he gave me is that as per the policy there is no cash refund (only wire transfers or via cheque). I asked for the policy - he went inside to check it and he didn't get it out!!!
For me seeing a non-honest person who made me wait for 2.5 hours (missing one appointment I had) without any justification for the miss delivery of my bag made me really upset and made me want to share my experience for a better post-sale service (not only pre-sale!!!).

Staff is attentive with who they think is going to spend money, if you don’t have that look your experience will be different. They selection is not bad, store has some good finds.
