My Dad, mother and I have been searching for a custom bra fitting location where you can purchase immediately. We took a 3 hour trip to Ruth Lingerie this was the most fabulous experience! We were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The measuring was quick and painless. The expertise and the quality of customer service provided has unsurpassed any expectation. The quality of product and help to find, not just one bra but several and a bathing suit as a bonus to the add to our experience.
This is recommended location for all, but for larger breasted it is a must visit!

I don't usually post reviews but needed to on this occasion. I bought a couple of bras here a year back. I returned 1 bra and found out I could only get a store credit. The credit has been sitting on my account so I decided to just get the same bra I purchased. I walked into the store to explain my situation. The salesperson, without my permission, pulled up my shirt to look at the bra. She then said she has never seen this bra and that I didn't purchase it at her store. On top of that she said there would be a $25 fitting fee. I indicated to her that I don't require a fitting, I just want the same bra or if they don't have it, something else by this brand in the size I have and I'll be done. She kept arguing with me that it was so long ago and the bra will not fit me so I need a fitting. Hello....I'm wearing the bra, it fits fine and I just want the same size. Another employee pulled out a drawer which had plenty of the exact same bra, even in different colors. She rung it up for me and I left. If I did not have the store credit, I would have left immediately after our initial exchange. I do not know how this shop stays in business with the way they treat people.

My Experience at Ruth Lingerie was wonderful. Everyone was warm, friendly and really helpful. Perfect fit - beautiful colors and cut. I was amazed at how quickly and expertly I was fit with bras and a bathing suit that really makes me look good. I bought 3 bras and 1 bathing suit. I will be back!

I have never had a worse shopping experience in my life. I am 8 months pregnant and have been searching high and low for a nursing/maternity bra that fits me comfortably. I am a tough fit as I have a smaller band size and very full cup. I also have a short torso so anything with a large wire digs into my underarm area. I've had many bra fittings as this is something I've been dealing with for the last 15 years. I saw online that Ruth's carries my favorite brand which got me excited. I called a couple of days before going to verify that they had nursing bras which they said they did. On the phone I was told they had a large selection of sizes and I should come in for a fitting. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store and when I walked in I immediately felt uncomfortable. The 2 women who were there (didn't introduce themselves so I don't know their names) asked me a few questions but continued what they were doing so I just sort of stood there and waited. Then when they finally did "help" me I was asked what size I was currently wearing. I explained that before pregnancy I'd been a 32g and currently I'm in a 34g. The older woman scoffed at this and asked "how do you breathe? There is no way you're a 34." I was a little taken aback and just explained that my rib area isn't bigger just my belly is. She measured me (in the middle of the store without offering me a place to put my purse so I just held it out away from me) and told me I was a 40-42. No. After going back and forth on this for a few minutes I agreed to try on a 36. I explained I was looking for a bra with a wire and without a foam cup. She argued this point as well telling me it would be uncomfortable. I know what makes me comfortable and what doesn't. After trying on a few bras I let her know I didn't like the way they were fitting or how they looked. She said "well your pregnant what do you expect? Things aren't going to look good on you." After trying to get her to listen to what I wanted and her trying to push me into something else I was already frustrated. Then to be subjected to comments like that was even worse. She told me that I shouldn't expect things to look pretty on me and that my body would always be different now etc. I left in tears. If you are even the slightest bit self conscious do not go here! I have never felt worse about my body in my life!

Always my go to store for bathing suits & lingerie. You can find amazing assortment and more importantly superior customer service. I have referred all my friends to Ruth's. In a time when physical shopping ... in an actual store has become dreadfully unappealing, Ruth's set the bar high and delivers!

I've been struggling for years, tugging away all day at my bras and very uncomfortable. One day I overheard some women chatting about the marvel of Ruth Lingerie and how she fit them for a bra and changed their life. Naturally I inserted myself to their conversation and asked where I could find Ruth Lingerie. Ruth spent a very long time with me to make sure I was fitted correctly. She insisted on my trying on a large number of bras until she was satisfied and I was ecstatic. Ruth is truly an amazing knowledgeable and tenacious fitter. I recommend Ruth lingerie to any and all sizes. The ladies hear are a lovely bunch of compassionate and devoted women. Thank You Ruth. You've indeed changed my life.

I have been buying the same bras off the internet for the last few years, without getting properly fitted. One day recently, I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror at work, and realized, I needed a new one! I found Ruth's by searching for bra fitters on the internet.

I went there, and was greeted by Ruth herself who knows all there is to know about making you look great in your bra, and in helping you to find a style that makes YOU happy too! She was so patient and helpful and I bought three bras that I am THRILLED with! They are all slightly different sizes, b/c if you are a bigger size like I am, its not so easy to always find a style and fit that is perfect.

I so loved Ruth and her daughter , Jackie, and will return! I HIGHLY recommend going here if you want to look your best and make sure IN your clothes with the right bra! There are so few places where they really know what they are doing, but this one is IT!

I too found Ruth Lingerie by doing a search for local bra fittings. I have been traveling to Atlanta over the years for my fittings and bras. Needless to say I am thrilled I found a shop locally.
