Checked out this location. The store is medium-sized. They have more inventory than space. Stuff is categorized in various sections. With some much stuff, things are jammed and stacked on each other. Isles are very tight, and the people pushing those shopping carts make it no better. Even worse are those baby strollers trying to get down those tight isles. Like all the other thrift stores, now the prices have shot up. You would have to take some time and dig to uncover a deal. The parking lot is small, and finding a spot is tough. Did not see any handicap parking spaces. The entrance is on the main street. No street parking in front of the building. There is a bus stop in front of the building. With traffic and all getting out, it can be tricky .

Been coming for almost 9 years. Shocked there are so many negative reviews. This place is fabulous. I regularly get quality pieces at great deals. Can’t say enough good things!

I've been a loyal customer of this store for the past 7 years, and I must say that I've never experienced any of the issues mentioned in the recent comments. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and I've never been treated poorly.

I'm sure there are many others who have had similarly fantastic experiences and received great customer service, but they may not have shared their positive feedback like I am doing now. Over the years, I've seen the store bustling with activity, witnessed people making substantial purchases, and personally found amazing deals on quality products at lower prices compared to other stores. I genuinely enjoy shopping at this thrift store, and I want to give a big thumbs up to the store staff. ? ?

Great inventory but horrible customer service! The Lost Prevention staff needs to be properly trained. You guys will be sued because of this very reason. Your cashiers need to be trained on customer service and satisfaction. If you do not like your job, find a different profession. This location atmosphere sucks, stick to Hialeah or Hollywood locations.

This place is ridiculous. They wanted me to leave my purse at the front counter. I am not leaving my purse anywhere. I have been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money here. Do they ask you for your purse in Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s , or any other store? That would be a resounding No! This place sells purses and backpacks so you can buy one here but you can’t then actually use it and come back to shop. Pathetic. You have a guard and theft prevention device at the front door. If you see someone steal then deal with them accordingly but don’t treat a normal customer like a thief the moment they walk in the store. Do better!

No sé quién hace la evalución de los productos, pero estoy impresionada como la platería de uso tiene precios mayores que la platería nueva de TJMax. Creo que los que ponen el precio han perdido el sentido de que cuando una mercancia sale de la tienda aunque sea nueva ya pierde su valor inicial, si además es usada y vuelta a vender automaticamente pierde mucho más. En esta tienda hay productos que tienen un valor mayor que el original nuevo!!! Si quiere comprar joyas, váyase a TJMax, las va encontrar más baratas que aquí y se quedará más satisfecho!!! Y ojo esto sirve para todas las tiendas!!!

I do not know who does the evaluation of the products, but I am impressed as the platery of use has higher prices than the new silverware of TJMax. I think those who put the price have lost the sense that when a product leaves the store even if it is new it already loses its initial value, if it is also used and re-sold automatically it loses much more. In this store there are products that have a higher value than the new original!!! If you want to buy jewelry, go to TJMax, you will find them cheaper than here and you will be more satisfied!!! And beware this is useful for all Red, White and Blue stores!!!
