Got what I needed and I had to return some curtains which were the wrong size. I lost my receipt on my way home, but they were very helpful and rectified it all.

Very unfriendly service. The manager/staff is more interested in their phone than the customer's questions. Secondly, it's very unpleasant to watch how they throw down the product you want to buy from the upper floor.

So when you go into the shop you see net curtain nicely displayed. The staff encourages you to buy double the length for maximum gathering, which I did. So when i got the net curtain and put it up first thing I noticed that the curtain was not ironed and secondly they didn't sew the pleats into place. I went back and spoke to the bloke in charge abd I told him that the display doesn't look nothing like what I've got, I asked why did you encourage me to buy double the length if you wasn't going to sew the pleats? Going round in circles wasn't getting anywhere with so I left.

Just a heads up, the net curtains u see on display with the equal gathering is not what yr going to get if u purchase net curtains from this place
