Une vraie réussite architecturale pour cette boutique Prada en plein centre commercial. Derrière la lourde porte en cuir, jamais fermée mais pas non plus ouverte à n'importe qui, le luxe semble s'étaler dans un esprit de chic à la française. Pas facile d'instaurer à la fois le sentiment d'exclusivité et en même temps de faire découvrir une nouvelle collection, d'inviter à la découverte. Ici il faut s'inviter si l'on souhaite entrer. Et l'air de rien ce n'est pas chose facile car la lourde porte en cuir n'est pas une invitation à découvrir, mais bien une sélection à l'entrée.

Buying my first Prada bag here, my experience was so lovely! they helped me with everything, offered me mineral water from Italy while I waited 30 minutes on my bank to approve my $2k+ purse purchase, they were patient and wrapped everything so nice for me. Best 30th birthday gift ever, thank you Prada! ?

I had a wonderful experience. Iuliia was fantastic. She was able to track down and bring to the store a hand bag in a specific color that was hard to find. She was a great communicator and very sweet to work with. I look forward to more transactions with her.

Dante was patient, cool, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I had a positive encounter with him in my new handbag hunt. The Saffiano leather crossbody bag was too cute to be passed by. I immediately fell in love with the sleek style and the impeccable quality. Brand not so much. Though I have options, I am keeping an open mind. One advantage of this bag is I can pack light and run fast with free hands in case of apocalypse. ?
Beautiful store. The duality of black and white checker marble floor is esoteric and masonic. The yin and yang. The good and evil. My garage is the same with black and red, well I just didn't know better. ?
Courteous staff. Overall a great in-person experience at Prada store.

Less than a year and the leather wore off horribly. The leather tag is about to fall off and the store does not cover leather under their “warranty” - the warranty only covers hardware. They also don’t offer cleaning for nylon. This is probably the lowest end luxury and worst repair policy, not worth.

Horrible experience. Tried to return shoes that were not used even once, and they wouldn't accept it because the box was missing and it was bought in our Europe trip just a week back. All receipts and proofs were in place.

Just a stupid box was missing and they wouldn't even give store credit.

Had not been here since Plandamic. Big fan of Prada. Sale associate was following us. Sales associate kept eyes rolling on us. Very bad services. We decided head over to LV store spend $7k for my wife and daughter.

I had a very nice experience at this store. I liked a couple of men's slip-ons on Prada's website and wanted to see how men's size compare to women's. The salesperson brought a couple of pairs of men's shoes without skipping a beat. It didn't work out but I am happy I was able to figure it out without ordering online and then returning shoes. No snobby attitude, a very nice relaxing atmosphere.
