I walked into this location to do some shopping and there were around 8 employees standing around talking to each other and not one of them greeted me saying anything like "welcome in" or anything. It almost felt like they were not really wanting customers. Also, I made an in-person store order to be shipped, and they didn't get my email right so I ended up not receiving any confirmation of the order. I called today to express the fact that I hadn't received anything via email at all on the order I placed, and the GM fixed my email in their system and also told me he would give me their best coupon if I ever decide to return to this store. I'm not sure I will be back again after my last experience, but at least their GM cares about the customers. Hopefully he will train his staff to be more welcoming and make people feel like shopping here in the future. For this reason, I am giving 2 stars to Polo, at least for now.

The clerk is very disrespectful and doesn't allow me to buy more than 3 sweaters, even if they are in different categories. Victor's attitude is very bad. I don't understand how such a person became a manager, and in the end he didn't let me buy anything, because he said he had the right not to let me buy anything. I don't understand why the manager has the right but customers don’t have? In a word, he is a very bad manager. I hope he can be dismissed.

I purchased 2 jogging suits for my grandkids for Christmas , one fit fine the other was big . I sent my 20 yr old to exchange for smaller size with the receipt. They would not do an even exchange because they claim when I purchased it, it was on sale and he would have to pay the difference because it was no longer on sale . They totally took advantage of him , had my 70 year old self went I would have gotten it exchanged with no problem . Even though he had his receipt they gave him a gift card . Totally took full advantage of him , and I am on vacation and could not go to fix this ridiculous situation. I am outraged at how he was treated . Needless to say I will never patronize Polo store in Vero Beach nor will my family and friend … I give this a zero star for horrible service . Carmen Luciano Velez

My wife and I was there a week ago visiting from the west coast of Florida and Miss Lacey L, was my sales associate and she was very helpful! Helped me with a few selections and I like my Pink Polo shirt, the best!! Make sure when u visit this store, you ask for Lacey L! Tell her James sent you in. Thank you Lacey. Very professional young lady.

Victor needs to learn better customer service skills or take his attitude back to Walmart. Do not purchase from this store as they will not accommodate exchanges or returns.

This location doesn't have as many "great" deals like they once did. The prices are just ok. Yes, better than going to Macy's or other full-price retail clothier. But it's a little disappointing nowadays. Over the last 2 years, we've only found 3 or 5 pieces that qualified as a true, great, outlet savings. Hopefully they'll do better again. Also, they don't have the variety they once did too. Sunrise, FL location does better at this point. Hope this changes soon ‍♂️
