I recently came across website and ordered a Tango Balcony by Panache. Cheaper than the Bravissimo site and free postage too. Bra was ordered by my husband and was delivered promptly . Great purchase and well packaged. Will purchase again.

Placed an order for 3 bras, they’ve taken my money and not sent them. Emailed me a tracking number which says royal mail are still waiting to get the package after three weeks.
No one will help.
No one will reply.
No one answers the phone.

NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

When stopping by the storefront you are greeted with a very shabby shop filled to the brim with black plastic totes, stacks of paper a meter high and a barking dog. It is utter chaos.

Knocked on the door and was told that their web page "clearly" states that the shop is not open to the public. It does, at the very bottom of the contact page. Not so "clearly."

I should have taken a picture of the shop with empty boxes and a bag of rubbish in front of a dirty building that looked as it was out of business. Not where I want to buy lingerie. Or anything really.

I don’t actually think this company cares for clientele any more, no customer Service, poor communication. My order was made on the 2nd of May and still not received it ! I’ve emailed, rang even requested a refund. I’ve had no tracking details and emails returned asking for the order number. Yet my order number was on my enquiry, I really wish I checked out these reviews prior to ordering facebook they have them switched off. I would remove my star if I could. I’ve actually had to request my bank return me the £103 in funds as I cannot get a simple answer to if my items have been sent, I don’t think they have.

Update. I had to fill in a bank request form to have my money returned. It’s a real headache doing it this way. However this company shows no care for their customers and has zero customer service

Placed an order and after few days with no update I emailed for an update twice, no response. Eventually got an email saying that order had been shipped (no tracking number provided) now I don't know where my order is and they can't be reached on the telephone either. Very disappointed as I had intended to have these items brought over to me abroad via relative in the UK who has since left. Their pricing is competitive but I won’t be shopping with them again owing to the poor customer service. They don’t deserve a star at all.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on the 18th of November. 12 days (9 business days - they request that you wait 7 days before contacting them) later on the 30th, I emailed customer service because I hadn't received a dispatch notification. I received a standard dispatch notification email the next day (no personal response from customer service), however there is no tracking information attached. On the 7th of December I emailed again requesting clarification on the lack of tracking information and received a response from Vikki stating that my order was on its way to me. 11 days after the initial order dispatch email, on the 12th of December, I finally receive a tracking number which states that Royal Mail had just received the item that day from the sender, meaning that the dispatch notification I received on the 1st of December was essentially just to shut me up and that my order wasn't actually posted until almost two weeks later. It arrived at last on the 18th of December. So if you would like to wait a full month for a bra and be treated like an idiot by a business who refuse to own up to mistakes/delays, then go ahead and order from Poinsettia Style. Otherwise, avoid.

Very poor service. Ordered a, pair of knickers and received a bra! Informed the company and no apology. Very rude with appalling customer service from Vikki accusing me of lying. Won't be dealing with this company ever again if human error and poor customer service means I won't be receiving the correct goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Needs customer service training and respect when they make a mistake instead of blaming me. Woukd give no stars but have to give 1 but think even that is too much for such a, poor company. Never experienced such poor service.

I have no bathing suits. I believe my money was stolen. I have received to confirmation of the order going out and I was supposed to receive this by August 1st for vacation. I just want my money back. I have ordered Freya brand from other venders and have never had a problem. Do not order from this company.
