Visited this store today to make a return. My purchase was 38 days ago, 8 days beyond the policy return window. I did not know this going in, was just coldly told I could neither make the return nor get a gift card for store credit to use later - I had to use store credit today, with my baby in tow. Cool. As the primary care provider for my one-year old, shopping for undergarments is tricky. I can’t comfortably try them on in store with him, and when I purchased I was told I could return them if I didn’t like the fit- not that I had exactly 30 days and no more. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but I’m my workplace we allow some flexibility for extenuating circumstances. The manager did not even explore any alternatives with me, just a “too bad so sad,” attitude. I will definitely not be purchasing from this location or VS in general any more. I would not recommend you to, either.

Had the best experience today , these two ladies went above and beyond to help me had small issue with my pink card . Very friendly nice with all customers there today , thank you ladies !

The manager was very rude. She was giving me attitude and thought I didn't speak English and referring to her coworkers as this lady,
She keeps staring at me like I have to be afraid of her and waiting for me to leave.
I feel really uncountable and intimidated by this lady. It was so bad that the cashier got nervous.

Visited to use my coupon and get some panties but the 2 girls working were only barely attentive bc the manager was walking the floor. I appreciated the manager trying to help and keep them on track but they did still keep forgetting to bring me what I needed. One of the girls kept burping next to me while folding. Finally got what I needed but the customer service needs help bc it does matter!!

The domain pink location has two female employees working tonight 11/23/24 7pm and they have very nasty attitudes. No one greeted me when I walked into the store and didn’t acknowledge me until I made eye contact with them after I stood at the counter for 2 mins. My order was half picked and they gave me attitude when I asked to pick the items up for them because it was literally 5 perfumes( it would’ve been 6 but they didn’t have what I ordered) they sent me to Victoria secret first before checking my id to even see if I was in there system for pick up. They need to be retrained on customer service because they currently give off that they don’t want to service the customers at all. There was no empathy for the fact that you just sent me across the street for no reason or for the fact that it took so long to pick 5 items.

My daughter and I visited both Victoria's Secret and Pink and had an excellent experience at both shops. Amy at Victoria's and Audrey at Pink were each incredibly kind, had excellent product knowledge, and we're just a delight. Will definitely be back, thank you!
