EXCEPTIONAL POOL MAINTENANCE! This branch is not only a store but a pool maintenance company as well, and they have been servicing my pool weekly for more than a year. They have never asked me to write a review but I felt like I should give them some praise and recognition on here because I’m so thankful for the amazing and meticulous job they do every week. I love their consistency and level of care with every service. I’ve had other pool services before that cut corners and over-promise and under-deliver— but this company is truly a breath of fresh air and they have exceeded my expectations. Highly, highly recommend.

Super solid store, prices are a bit high but the customer service is top notch. Particularly one of the employees Alexis has been very helpful every time I go in. He’s kind , knowledgeable, and has excellent customer service.

Our paid pool guy kept messing up our pool. We have a salt water pool but it kept turning green. I was really nervous to get rid of the pool guy and do all of the maintenance myself. The staff at the pinch a Penny, off Bruce B Downs, has been more than amazing. Especially Dylan. Each week I go in there to get my water sample tested and he lets me know exactly how much to add. He even converts it to cups to make it easier for me. He's always fast to test the water, very informative to explain the situation, why I need certain chemicals, and always offers to help me bring the heavy chemicals to my car. I am so glad I got rid of our hired help and have taken it over myself. Not only did it save us money in the long run but our pool is always beautiful now. We haven't had a single problem since getting rid of our hired help. Huge thanks to Pinch a Penny, especially Dylan.

Beyond the call: our pool-tech Anthony is really a rare breed, he is very professional, noticeably attentive to the condition of our pool and is very approachable… he takes the time to explain the process, or chemical he is using to stabilize the pool, and doesn’t mind showing me.
This Pinch a Penny (PaP) store is pretty good, the manager is very customer Service oriented, but the pool-techs, they are the face of the company, the one-on-one with the customer. Anthony is a tremendous asset to this PaP store and he represents its professionalism, knowledge and customer service at a very high caliber.
This PaP location is an A+ pool company!

I went to the store and asked for Alexis, he is the tech who knows pool cleaners. My cleaner was not working and still under warranty. He proceeded to meticulously trouble shoot the problem and I could see what he was doing so it all made sense. Bottom line is he found the problem, he really knows his stuff and he sent me on my way w a cleaner that is now working!!

I’m so impressed w my experience and wanted to share it with everyone. I would highly recommended this store because their service after the purchase is exceptional. This may not be the case w other PAP franchise locations.

This is the only pool store I will go to. The whole team is very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. Jeff, the GM, came out for an issue I had with my pool and he was able to quickly repair the issue. Highly recommend.
