The people are the key to this place. I am 70 & have never been correctly fitted with a bra. Was here! Great job done at finding my correct size. Bought 2. One for fancy and one for every day! Well worth the price because since they fit correctly, I’ll probably never need another. These bras were made to last! Great job Petticoat Fair!

My wife and I we went to this store our experience was not nice not good not body not body asking us if we need help with anything or something not body say welcome nothing all girls just talking each other’s and us trying to figure out prices or sizes but cool keep talking girls and let customers out not good at all the only good things is restrooms ? is clean ?

I had such a great experience here. My fitter stayed available to me and engaged with my try-on process the whole time. When I decided on a couple bras out of the ones she brought to me, she made sure they were adjusted properly to my body and fitting properly. I felt confident that the money I spent here was well spent, getting to spend so much time with the piece and having someone else confirm its fit. Gone were the concerns that I'd buy a bra, bring it home, and then realize it doesn't fit well and never wear it again.

Having someone get your correct fit and confirm it was invaluable to me. Even after measuring myself in the past, I never would have bought something in this size. I absolutely would have kept buying bras that don't fit me properly. But this experience was great as it solidified that I will not be buying bras anymore without trying them first!

I ended up going with a more expensive bra that I ever would typically buy, but when you consider how much we've all likely spent on bras that don't fit us properly and we either suffer in them or barely/never wear them, it's worth it to put some money into things that really, truly fit you.

Wonderful experience. I’ve never had a bra fitting at all (even at VS) but this was a great experience. My sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you’ve never been, expect an 1+ to try on all the options they bring you. I tried on about 20 bras and it took about 2 hours BUT I walked out with 3 amazing bras and lots of additional ones for next time. They track all the ones you tried on and liked so you don’t have to try to remember them for the next time you want to buy a new bra. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time shopping here and it did not disappoint. I signed in, was fitted, and was given an array of potential options based on my needs. The customer service was great and the fitting was successful. It was pricier than I usually pay, but well worth it for a proper fitting, well-made bra. I would highly recommend shopping here!

I love petticoat fair so much. All the women who help you are amazing. There's never any body shaming, they make you feel welcome and you leave feeling comfortable and beautiful.

I brought my daughter here for the first time and she was so happy she came. I had been telling her that her bras were not fitting properly and we needed to go in but she insisted she was fine. Once her back started hurting though I said ok this is enough. She was so pleased with the fitting and the bras we ended up buying. She no longer has back pain and has much better support for PE at school and long days bent over a desk. Thank you so much.

Go. Be brave. This is the place for finding the perfect fitting bra. I grew up in Austin and Petticoat Fair has always been the place. I've lived out of state for the past 22 years and knew I needed to be fitted after breastfeeding two kids and gaining weight from medicines and illness. When I was back in town in August I made the time to go. Samantha worked with me and she was so amazingly considerate and helpful. She listened to me, brought a selection, and made sure I was fitted properly into the ones I liked. Can you find similar styles online? Yes. Would you get the expertise and care you get from Petticoat Fair? No. This is the only business you need to visit if you need new undergarments. They also have a selection of personal care accessories and sassy outfits. All presented with class and openness. Now that I know what styles work for me and what size I wear, I'll be ordering more online.

I shop here often for bras because it’s one of the only places I can find quality bras that won’t tear or look worn after a year or so.

Visited the store looking for shape wear options. Every time I’ve visited the store there’s a long wait. That’s not too much of an issue. However, getting help while in the fitting room is another story. It’s almost as if you dare not ask for help because they are with women who have signed in and are being fitted for bras. While in the fitting room, I asked a “fitter” for help, she smiled and went into the next room to help the next person being fitted. I waited and kept poking my head out the door hoping to catch her in between changing rooms as I only needed the next size. She never came to over to see what I needed assistance with.

I got dressed and went out to look for a different size and make the purchase. I really needed to ensure I had the right size and fit but after getting dressed, there was no way I was going back into another fitting room.

Please stop making patrons who are ONLY trying on garments feel as though store associates are for customers being fitted. The same customer care you extend to customers being fitted should also be extended to customers who are only trying on.

When I asked the girls up front about it, they reaffirmed that fitters are for customers being fitted and that if I needed further assistance, I would need to sign in.

I won’t shop here again.
