Bought a toy from here that worked exactly once. When I called to explain, they told me not to buy cheap products and I was SOL. I spent $150 on this. I know it's not their fault, but don't stock your store with garbage devices. Strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Great selection, the person who was working while I was shopping was super helpful and friendly! They opened up the toy box and showed me how it works, and they have a rewards-type program! Perfect little nook off the highway. Will definitely be back!! 🙂

I’m actually really sad that I have to write this review. My boyfriend went in to grab something last minute. The dude working was sweet, but the woman was very snappy and rude and said “DONT OPEN THAT” with such an attitude… we’ve both been going there for a long time and have always been treated with such respect. Then proceeded to ask “you know we close in 9 minutes right?” With an attitude as well. Yes we know you close in 9 mins and had planned on it being a really quick trip. We work in retail and get off late so we knew it was going to be a quick trip. He felt rushed and like they could care less about our money we constantly spend there…. I don’t think we will be back.

I wanted say that I had the best experience at this shop! The sales person was super helpful and very pleasant. The lingerie selection was great and I got an awesome, festival worthy outfit too!

Jen really helped me out. I had a lot of questions and there were lots of products that could work but she helped me find the exact things I needed. And no embarrassing looks no matter how detailed I was with my needs.ill be coming back often.

Patricia’s has been my local go to since i turned 18. In the past in-store staff has been friendly, non-judgmental, gregarious, and very open in recommending products. A place that was safe to ask questions. Haven’t been there awhile, and i guess there is new management or a change in staff or something. Called in with a question about safe play and floggers (something I’ve been curious to explore), and when i asked if they gave advice on safe play with floggers, i was disconnected. Thought maybe it had been an accident so tried to call back, and it rang until the answering machine picked up. Was really taken aback, and began to worry I had accidentally called the wrong store. Waited a bit and decided to make sure I hadnt just called the wrong store, and apologize if I had. Called back a third time. Asked if it was the right number, and it was; asked if they gave advice on using their products (which as far as i can tell has never been an issue in the past, in store at least), and was informed that they don’t.

That’s totally cool. Would have been great if that had just been said the first time, instead of getting a door in my face over the phone, and causing me to worry I’d call the wrong store or asked something in appropriate. It’s not difficult to be kind.

Will not be shopping here anymore.
