I have been wanting to start my own pandora charm bracelet for 10 years and I finally got around to it! So yesterday, I decided I was going to purchase one at the parks. I was on Main Street but the cast member was so rude, and felt bothered by my questions about the bracelets and charms so I was discouraged and walked away. We went over to DTD and I walked into the actual Pandora store where there was a little line to enter.

I waited about 1 minute in line until they called asked name and allowed me to go in. I was greeted by an associate and about 5 minutes into it, Adriana came and asked if I wanted to see anything to which I did!

Adriana and her manager, Hannah, helped me for about an hour!! They showed my auntie and I a ring, different bracelets and bangles, several charms. Hannah went into the whole process on what she recommends and how it’s done. She brought out her two bracelets and I was so excited to see her charms. Adriana set me up with a loyalty member account. They were both so patient, lovely, and kind! I had the greatest time with both of them. Really pleased on the experience and I am thrilled to say I now have my first bracelet!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who asked me if I needed anything seemed very annoyed I was in the store. I asked to see a charm on a bracelet to get a better idea of what it would look like. She acted more annoyed by this request and I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars actually.

I came in to exchange a bracelet I purchased the day before at the Disney California Park. The manager and sales staff initially said they couldn't process the exchange due to different policies, but they agreed to honor it this time. Unfortunately, both the manager, Joselyn, and the sales associate made unkind remarks about my bracelet and had a noticeably negative attitude. After reading other reviews, it seems this isn't an isolated incident. I believe that if someone doesn't enjoy their job, they should consider a different path. On a positive note, the selection of charms was beautiful.

Came to the store to exchange my bracelet which ended up being fixed by the assistant manager Andy. She provided such great customer service and took her time even when it was busy. I’m a pass holder at Disney and i come to the store often but was amazed by how attentive she was. It was an amazing experience and i will return in hopes to be helped by Andy again and again! Thank you Andy!

Attempted to visit Pandora at Downtown Disney but was deterred by the extremely long lines, preventing entry.

While the store's popularity is clear, the overwhelming wait diminished the experience. An efficient system to manage crowds could improve access.

From a distance, the selection appeared appealing, and the staff seemed helpful. Due to these accessibility issues, I'm giving it a three-star rating, hoping for future improvements to accommodate more visitors.

My experience at Pandora was wonderful. The representatives at the store were sensitive to Covid precautions and the store was clean. I felt safe. I was shown all the items I wanted to see. I purchased items for myself and my daughter.

My wife and i walk in disneyland and see pandora store. We want to buy ring to anniversary, and waiting staff to purchase, but staff unfriendly, high voice and refuse to advise me.
I dont know why, but they ruined our feeling in special nice day.
