Shockingly overpriced for what you get, and the after-sales service is useless. There is a 14 day period after receiving your item in which you are allowed to return an item, I contacted them the day (3/12/2024) that I received the item, it is now 11/12/2024 and they have still not told me how I can return it or provided me with an address to send it to (which all has to be done at my own expense)! I assume they are dragging their feet in replying to me, so that the 14 days will pass and then it will not be viable for return. DO NOT SUPPORT.

So that’s what a bra is supposed to feel like?! The store is no frills but the service is top notch. Peggy is so knowledgable and makes the whole experience effortless. She’s caring, respectful and supportive. It’s like she knew what I wanted and needed when I walked in and she takes the complexity and intimidation out of the process. Trying on corsets, in the winter after a late night isn’t exactly a recipe for a good time but Peggy took great care of me and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend.

Edit: This company reached out to me and ended up refunding half of purchase. This was very helpful as it did go against their policy but they made an exception. They apologized for the inconvenience and appreciated the feedback.

This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them unless you are willing to gamble they you will keep it. They will not accept the return or refund you. The return policy at Perfect Corsets appears to be problematic, as they reportedly refuse to issue refunds and instead charge customers for exchanges. It's advised that potential customers exercise caution, considering the reported issues with the material's quality and its potential for deterioration.

If you're looking for fancy racks of lingerie, you're in the wrong place. The Hasidic owner knows his stock, knows where everything is, and will likely know your bra size just looking at you. Tell him what you want. He'll find the appropriate boxes of product and you can try stuff on in the back. Gorgeous original tile and store front outside. Closed on Saturdays.

I walked in today with a photo of what I had in mind and the lady who owns the store knew exactly what style to give based off the picture and just asked me to take off my coat and picked out the perfect size for me!
She was extremely professional and respectful while fitting me! I felt I was in good hands and that she would be ready to help me with more if needed, but what she picked was perfect!
I have had a few corsets before but not any that were this well made! I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt! They are extremely comfortable and beautiful! I would recommend that anyone looking for a corset purchase from this place, you will not be disappointed at all!

As others have mentioned, the couple who run this store are amazing. I walked in and within a few moments was fit with the perfect corset. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and only needed to try on one - the woman who fitted me guessed my size perfectly on the first try. I left as a very happy customer with a new corset!
