Great place to shop and the affordable clothing is amazing! The store offers a wide range of trendy and classic stuff. The store layout is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and talkative too! With frequent sales and promotions, you can always score a great deal. We bought four pairs of sandals for less than $10 which is bizarre! Old Navy is a go-to destination for anyone looking to change their closet. Highly recommended!

I love shopping for clothes here for my family for casual wear online but made a mistake of going in store as I wanted my kids to choose some clothes to wear to school. Everything went smooth until I checked in ( Saturday 10/26 in the pm). Staff , mostly younger folks just talking amongst themselves. As soon as it was time for me to pay, she prompty asked if I were interested in their CC. My husband and I said no, her face turned pale and she just didnt bother handing me my receipt or my old navy cash. When I asked for it, the employee beside her says to me "oh she must have snuck that in the bag". She does that sometimes! The same dude apparantely had 4 customers who enrolled in their CC program. I heard this as the young lady who was helping us with our check out was asking him about this. He seemed personable and maybe ppl in his register wanted the credit cards. Just coz we said no, we were given the cold shoulder by this girl. Maybe some of these folks need to be coached on how to be "nice" to their customers? hope someone reads it from the store!

My opinion of this store has not changed. I love to browse and carefully select my items. But it is uncomfortable when I'm being followed too closely. On my first visit to this location, I asked for a blazer and was quickly told that my size was only available online. I never said what size I wanted. I found the 2x blazer on my own. I was hoping to have a better experience now that the in store sizes have more options. What a waste of time! The Lakeline store is friendly, helpful, and lets me shop peacefully.

This place was nice, but my mom was looking for women leggings and was told you didn't have them, disappointed. Mostly because last time I saw them and this time they were gone. But the people were very nice

Went in here on the Saturday after Black Friday (not intentional, had to make a return) and decided to shop around since almost everywhere there was 50% off signage. I love Old Navy and am a frequent shopper so I thought wow what great bargains!
Me and my husband shopped around for a good 45 minutes if not longer and finally went to check out. We’re watching the total closely and notice barely anything is ringing up half off. I ask the cashier if the discounts were popping up and she said no these items aren’t half off. I’m like, huh? I LITERALLY handpicked times that had 50% off signage posted with the expectation of 3 items I believe.
Cashier asks the person next to her who says “you have to go check item by item” lol wat
You are literally FALSELY ADVERTISING!!
And guess what…I go online later that day and the items I picked up in store were HALF OFF!!!
That’s the best you can do? Y’all need to do better. Terrible customer service and atrocious false advertising.
