This is the best Pho I've ever had and for a very good price! The service was fast and extremely kind. We got fried dumplings and spring rolls. They were both so good! We then ordered two large phos and It was an extremely big bowl with delicious broth, meat and veggies. So much noodles too! Everything was just extremely delicious and the prices were inexpensive for how much food we got! Can't wait to come back here!

Was looking forward to try this new kid on the block and had a good first impression. Went with the hits, spring roll, combo noodle bowl, and pho and they all passed with good flavor, freshness, and value. This place definitely feels fobby is the right ways. The karaoke platform, fluorescent lights, and large families eating together, all good signs. Never seen a restaurant closed on Thursdays, think they got a niche carved out. Would go back, and also consider ordering their very fair priced party packs.

I’m visiting from Utah and I was so excited to try the banh canh cua that I’ve been seeing online but once I received it… it looked like nothing in the pictures so that was disappointing… Everything else was good. The pho broth was amazing. Service wasn’t that great. An older man took our order and he was nice at that moment but once we got our food , he never came back to check on us or refill our waters.

This is by far the best Vietnamese spot in town! Very delicious soup with lots of meat and rice noodles! We really enjoyed the Bun Bo Hue it was so special! The people is amazing always striving to serve you with a beautiful smile!

Ate here food was eh it looked pretty good but broth was watered down for sure in the bun bo hue and bun rieu. Service was eh too i was without water for at least 10-15 minutes and had to ask for a refill. They charged me gratuity on a party of 4 so they counted the babies as adults then when i said oh so you charged the babies as adults because gratuity is for 5+ the guy said oh well you came in 5 minutes after 8? They close at 830 but we actually got there at 750. Bad service and close to bland food and workers trying to make extra money by adding gratuity is a 0 star in my books.

Let me preface that this is a Hue - Vietnamese style restaurant. And I grew up with a Hue father and knew how to COOK. Also if you don’t know their food, it’s different style of Vietnamese food - not your Typical Viet place like down the street. Different area of Vietnam = different styles of food.

And let me just say if my dad liked this place, ya know it’s good lol and he approved ?

Took both my native Vietnamese parents here and they loved it - I mean as much as you can like restaurant Vietnamese food right?

We had the appetizer sampler and king bun bo hue and that slappppped!! (IT WAS SO GOOD)

Also their homemade chili oil SO IMPRESSED that it was actually spicy! my mom was basically dumping it all into her bowl (she’s the queen of spicy food).

Overall, my family had a great experience, great service. Everyone was friendly. Also the restaurant had a giant screen that looks like they have karaoke night?

BEST VIETNAMESE FOOD IN DENVER! Literally the only place in the US with Huế/central Vietnamese food.

I can’t recommend a single dish since every dish was delicious.

I loved the bun Bo hue. The pho was watered down and didn’t have much flavor. I liked the king size, the bone added was a nice touch. Service was slow.
