I ordered items from Amazon. They switched the sizes on me of one of the orders and then told me they would not refund my money. That I would have to wait for the item to come in and then do a return and wait for the item to be returned before I saw any sort of a refund. This company is a joke and is based around false advertisement. If you had have just let me cancel my order because of the mistake on your end then I never would have had to write a review. But since you won't refund me my money and you want to waste more of my time and money then a 1 star review it is. Well earned!

No resolution. I ordered Duofold Expedition weight long underwear and selected size L. The system defaults the size to S in the cart. I wasn’t looking and was shipped the wrong size. I know it’s defaulting because I thought I’d reorder correct size and that’s when I noticed I selected L and the shopping cart indicated S. Repeated this several times to be sure… I called and someone said they would check to see if there were size large in stock etc etc. I’ve not heard anything since. Need to initiate a return.

Good communication with this company, however the item I ordered was not the one I received. Apparently, the photo is incorrect. The waistband is very wide, instead of a thinner one. Obvious replacement for a discontinued product. Item is wearable but not great. Too bad, because the old model was a perfect fit for me.

Outstanding customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size garment, but realized the error soon after placing the order. Although this was late on a Friday afternoon, and their reps were gone for the week, I left a voice message explaining the issue, and requesting the order be changed to the correct size if at all possible. First thing on Monday morning, I had a call from a nice lady assuring me that my request had been honored! I received the order as promised, with the correct size! The product was exactly as advertised, the same as one I had purchased locally, and with FREE, fast shipping, plus a better total price than any other place , local or online, that I had checked. NY Lingerie will definitely be my go-to lingerie store from now on.
