Palatial, glamorous, and extravagant department store with a restaurant.

This store is arranged beautifully, with displays from dozens of brands providing a snapshot of each. The basement floor is dedicated to men, while most of the other floors are for women. The ground floor has makeup, skincare products, and you can see all the way to the glass dome. There's also a beautiful restaurant on the fourth floor. Going through the fifth floor is like going through the living rooms of many houses. I highly recommend visiting this place even if you're not going to buy anything. The displays are so beautiful and it's honestly like an art museum.

Just WOW! One of the most beautiful NM I've ever seen, and I've been to almost all of them nation wide. I loved this shopping experience. The staff is so friendly (not hungry like most department stores) but genuinely nice and helpful in every department. I visited Chanel, fragrance, the women's handbag and women's shoe department's, and even the men's downstairs, and every single team member was helpful and friendly. I can't wait to be back.

Incredibles selection of fragrances and cosmetics. Most of the staff were very helpful aside from the people at Creed. The woman from MFK was excellent. But There was a lot of security, which Felt distracting, I understand theft is bad, but I would rather have security stickers than have so many security guards eyeing you. This is a gorgeous store.

My sister just purchased four items in one online order a few weeks ago and somehow Neiman recreated the order 3 times with 3 different order numbers and has shipped out many many many boxes and bags containing pieces of each order this week. She has been billed 7 times on her credit card. Calls to 1-888-888-4757 were fruitless. All 3 times disconnected by Neiman agent who couldn’t speak English well enough to understand and resolve the issue. Long story short, Neiman should arrange for a free single pickup but no luck getting anyone to even answer the customer service phone again. Normally returns incur a $9.95 return fee, for each bag or box, which is ridiculous given their huge mistake and shipping out in pieces, which has caused her to waste hours today trying to resolve the issue. What’s going on with shipping and customer service these days Neiman Marcus? Very disappointing.

It’s now been three days since Neiman Marcus was emailed all the background information regarding this online order catastrophe and they have not yet contacted my sister to correct it. She sits with her multiple delivery boxes and bags of the same order waiting.

It took calling back Neiman and spending about 45 minutes on the phone, trying to match all their order numbers with their coded different delivery numbers, to have them create many different return ship labels, which then had to dropped off. They offered their apologies and said they’d provide some type of small discount on a future order, which would require calling customer service to find out more about it.

Still the best restaurant in union square. The problem is many of the stores near unionsware are now closed. With Macy's disappearing at the end of the year I fear that Neiman Marcus will also be gone.
