Lori, Sosa, Berg & his wife were more than gracious to us, making sure we felt welcome. Lori & Sosa took plenty of time to answer our questions & help us design our beautiful rings. Wonderful family who runs the business and they are always willing to work with you to get the pieces of your dreams. I was looking for a Tissot Ballade watch around Christmas time, and it was sold out everywhere. I stumbled upon Massoyan Jewlers' website and placed an order. I then called their store to make sure that they had the watch in stock, and not only did they have it in stock, but they overnight shipped it to me for free without me asking.
