Amazing staff! Alex was a great cashier, super friendly and helpful! The aisles are a little insane right now because of the holidays but that’s to be expected this time of year. If you have patience and look up and down all the aisles it’s a great place to find gems in the rough!

The Best! We drive 40 minutes to shop at this Marshalls. We never leave empty handed. Great Store! Tons of Sale items and well-priced merchandise. Superb collection of handbags...shoes...wonderful assortment of Home Goods and wide variety of "treats and needs" for our puppies. We have shopped at other stores...this branch is far superior.

Friendly staff very helpful. They are receiving holiday merchandise so the store is literally jam packed aisles are blocked. Hard to shop.

Pleasant Hill Marshall's has great customer service, But so does San Jose

I was excited to finally shop like pre-Covid (in-person). This place looked like a garage sale. Couldn’t find anything.
It was early afternoon so it shouldn’t be this messy. Idk very disappointed. The line was longggg to pay. The cashier lady I got was very nice, she insisted I sign up for their card to say $. I said no thank you, but she kept insisting. I didn’t get it, I side tracked her by asking to purchase a bag. Haha!

There are very few extra large shirts for men on the racks they don't have very many shoes for men who have feet size of 12 or bigger there's nothing for us men who are large and need large size clothing here all the clothing is all small clothing and there's nothing really good about coming here because there's no clothing for us guys so please get more clothing for us guys that are extra large or bigger

One of the cashier has very very bad attitude. I was trying to return things, but she does not even what to check the receipt carefully before telling me the items are not on the receipt. And finally it turns out the item is here. Waste me a lot of time.
