The no return policy is confusing. For the price of the clothing, you’d expect better material and the ability to return . When you gift somebody clothing, often times it’s not their style . So I believe returns should be allowed, like most stores in the mall. Besides that, the employees were nice and friendly.

Me atendió Patricia, súper amable. Conocía perfectamente lo que vende. Nos pusimos a platicar unos minutos y me dio recomendaciones sobre qué hacer por la noche; literal mi última noche en Miami fue increíble gracias a ella. We visit the store often. Always happy to see smiling faces and there's always new things at the store. Went there today and we were helped by a salesperson named Ayala. Extremely helpful and confident, helped us find the best new things. Definitely the top salesperson we've met in my opinion.

One thing that catches me off the bat is the details they put into each of their designs. The fit is outstanding and the quality is top notch! Soon as you walk in the door your welcomed with a warm smile I love it! Customer service is amazing definitely recommend shopping here. One of a kind store would vote more than 5 stars if I could.!

I usually never review stores online, but they had the BEST menswear i’ve seen in the United States. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Will definitely come back, my husband loves this place.
