Ko and Maddie were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, always going above and beyond to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Shopping here feels like discovering a hidden treasure trove.

Came in two weeks ago for the first time to hopefully find some items for a family photo shoot. The boutique is beautiful, the clothing is beautiful, the atmosphere with trendy music is so fun. The only complaint I had is that the employees did not greet me, instead they were too focused on their phones. It always feels a bit uncomfortable when you are the only person in the store and they can’t be bothered to even say hello. I had to approach them when I was ready to use a fitting room.

One of the items I chose didn’t have a tag, and the girl at the register acted like I was an inconvenience because she had to figure what to ring in.

I spent almost $200, between two separate transactions It would have been nice to be treated with a little more respect.

Cute stuff but your employees need to do better. They’re not friendly at all. Not one of your employees greeted me nor seemed happy in the slightest the last few times I’ve been in and it’s always a different girl. The last girl literally looked at me and my friend as we walked in and looked away without saying hello, welcome in, if you have any questions or want to try anything on lmk, nothing! So we just walked out. I work at a boutique and customer service is everything to us and it goes such a long way for small businesses. Please educate your staff on the importance of greeting customers, offering help if they’re looking for anything in particular, and having an actual personality.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at your store. Despite being a regular customer, my experience today was abysmal. I purchased a shirt with a detached strap that I only noticed after leaving the store. Even though it was on final sale, the item was clearly defective. When I tried to return it, I was offered a measly $10 credit, and was told I couldn’t exchange it for anything else. Your failure to address this issue properly is unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and will make sure everyone knows about this terrible experience.
