This review is for the MAG Mini Service center. I purchased a very old mini from out of state and brought it to MAG Mini for inspection. Shane Moody the service advisor took care of me. Shane was extremely patient with all my questions. He was very easy to reach and very knowledgeable. I changed my mind a couple of times regarding some of the work that was recommended. Shane was extremely patient and helped me navigate the process and he fully understood the situation and was willing to work with me.
Shane is very professional and works very hard to earn business and maintain a good relationship with his clients.
I highly recommend Shane and Mini MAG.

I came to MAG on Monday for the first time for my 2014 VW Beetle for an engine issue, it ended up being alot more than the car was worth. Chelsea from service was so helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the process and eventually recommended Hunter W to work with to find a new car. Hunter was there every step of the way and ended up finding me my new 2022 Black Tiguan. He recommended Rob from Finance and both of them just made it a stellar experience. We have purchased our last 5 vehicles from MAG and until this year had been pleased with their attention and focus on service. We recently had an experience that has managed to completely change that perspective. We took our car in for a brake repair, which coincided with a system outage. Over the course of the week + that MAG had our car, we were quoted numerous prices and told at pickup that our invoice would not exceed $4000. Imagine our surprise when the bill was 50% higher and we were charged $6000. We asked for an invoice at pick up and were not provided one. To date we have not received an itemized invoice from MAG. We attempted to remedy this issue with them directly and spoke with the same individual twice, who offered us no greater discount in the future than what one could achieve using their mailers. The final resolution was the offer to discount our next service - not acceptable. Secondary to a complete lack of transparency and poor customer service, we will not be purchasing an automobile from MAG or reaching out to the them should we have a service need. There has been a palpable change in MAG over the last several years.

We had a great experience with Carlos. Professional and he matched our interest in making a deal. Never felt any pressure. He looked into any concerns we had and genuinely felt like he cared about what was best for us.

While we did not make a purchase, it was because they didn't have the vehicle at the time we realized we needed. Carlos is keeping an eye out for that suv for us.

I went in for my 10k maintenance check, which they indicated only involved an oil change and encouraged I wait for the service - which ended up taking 4 HOURS! They obviously did not start working on my car for at least a couple of hours after my appointment time. They also STRONGLY RECOMMENDED a wheel balance, and 4 hours later, indicated they didn't complete it because it really wasn't needed. I will be going to another VW dealer for my maintenance checks in the future. My last three puchases/leases have been from MAG but they've lost any future business from me.
