All of her clothing is 100% AMAZING! I have yet to purchase something from her that I do not LOVE! The Judy blue jeans are probably my all time favorite.

Heather the owner of this shop is so amazing! My daughter was getting made fun of at school and she took her right in and gave emma her very own fashion show. She helped her pair up clothes that work together and made her feel so beautiful. It is the little things that this store does to go above and beyond. I have been shopping with Heather and all her wonderful helpers for about 3 years now and the whole group is nothing but amazing! They are so fun and knowledgeable about the clothing as well as doing lives and trying stuff on in different sizes so we have a real time look at different body types! Life happens and no one is perfect but they will all go above and beyond to fix any glitches that may happen. They work with you on a personal level to rectify any situation. The key is just communication! Their clothes are great quality and I will continue to support M&H Boutique!!

The owner was very nice and helpful. Offered to have something made and shipped to me because they didn't have my size. I was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrive. A month later I started emailing and calling. Long story, short. After a bunch of excuses and promises I didn't get a shirt or a refund! Buyers beware if you aren't leaving the store with your purchase! Owning a business means taking care of the customer.

The clothes are super cute and the owner has been very friendly. However, my online order from 3 weeks ago is nowhere to be found. I don’t think shipping should be advertised as 7-10 days as that’s what customers will expect. I’m giving the owner the benefit of the doubt and maybe orders are truly getting lost in transit. However, when you personally confirm an order has been shipped but provide no shipping confirmation or tracking information (and when you track via the stores website there is no confirmation it ever shipped) it makes the customer uneasy. Again, the product is all cute and I’m hoping to still receive my order, but there is definitely a disconnect with online orders.

My fiance ordered clothes on the online store and they never arrived. We were told they were having distributor issues. That was 3 months ago. And when try to get ahold of someone for help we get no response they have gone as far as to block her on the Facebook page. The only time we got any answers was going instore. Where they finally issued an instore credit. A friend of ours who lives to far away and was trying to support a local company ordered online and never recieved her items either. They will issue her a gift card but have since stopped doing online sales. So what good does that do her?

Edit apon the company seeing my review they replied and said that they o ly do store ctedit yet made a FaceBook statement saying they would do a cash refund or chargeback if needed then took down the post.

I LOVE shopping here!!!! The owner is amazing! Yes things go wrong but if you give her a moment she fixes the problem! I love every single thing I have bought from her. I have been shopping with her for a long time and I am always had a good out come with her.
