Erica was absolutely beyond amazing with me—no judgments, just pure professionalism and care. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable throughout the entire experience. She took the time to spot every single product I might be interested in and explained everything in detail so I could make the best choices for myself.

Guys, gals, and everyone in between—you must ask for Erica. Seriously, she’s like going shoe shopping at the mall (does anyone even do that anymore?) but without any of the usual annoyances. Hard to imagine, right? Well, Erica makes it possible.

And sorry, but I have to say it—she’s super cute, too, with that long, straightened black hair and an energy that just puts you at ease. Thanks, Erica, for such a fantastic experience!

Yvonne was so helpful as soon as I stared looking around! Made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and she was very knowledgeable on everything I asked about. Great convosationalist as well! The staff was beyond helpful, very personable, and answered all of my questions. The lady with the white and pink hair was full of information and open to answering all of my questions. Traveled all the way across town to shop here specifically, arrived 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and the doors were locked and no one to answer the phone. Stood outside waiting for anyone to unlock and open the doors for 20 minutes and gave up. Taking my business and money elsewhere.
Don't advertise that you open at 11: 00AM if you don't actually open then.
