Meeting the owner, Natalie, having the good fortune to work with her to find the perfect bras and panties for me was a blessing.

Natalie’s mom was there in the store when I was. My heart ❤️ enjoyed observing the relationship, I did not meet her mom, although their exchange left me feeling joy.

Natalie treats her mother the same way she did me, a customer, a stranger. This impressed me. Her expertise in fitting without selling me was appreciated. Her merchandise sells itself. From her kind way working with me, I felt I wanted to support her business.

Don’t waste your time. Drive down the street to Nordstrom where they will actually measure you and the staff is professional.

Natalie is extremely racist and unprofessional. I
scheduled an appointment, but she left me in the dressing room while she attended to a “beautiful” (her words) walk in. She had 5-6 pieces for a walk in, but brought me one piece that she felt that I should take. I have never had a more unprofessional bra fitting.

She never even measured me like all other companies. She just randomly brought me a single bra. I went to Nordstrom with no appointment and immediately received 4 bras to try after a proper measurement.

I put on my original bra to leave and advised her that she should treat appointments as a priority. She was unfazed.

In addition, I heard her tell a customer on the phone that she could do nothing for her broken bra. She told her to call the manufacturer or have a seamstress fix it. That should have been a red flag for me.

Especially coming from someone who is in the service industry. I love the styles and brands the store carries. The colors are epic! And the store itself is a vibe! I will be back!

I was visiting Palo Alto from Michigan.

I happen to be in the store when the owner Natalie‘s mother was visiting. Natalie treated her mother as she’s treated me a stranger, a customer. I was touched by their mother and daughter interaction , although I never did meet her mom.

Natalie is an expert fitter and her merchandise sells itself. Natalie is patient and kind. I wanted to buy from her to support her business.
