Lovely visit to shop today with my daughter. She bought 2 lovely dresses and had a crisis when she had to make a colour decision with one of them...4 colours available. Thanks to the lovely staff they made the decision easy for her. Thank you ladies.

I do like some of the clothes in here but extortionate doesn’t even come close. A thin jumper, that started to ‘drag’ down and pull and elongate after just 1 wear was £58 ! I have been in a few times since and basic tees are £30, the jumper, a Sugarhill pink leopard-print one, that I had bought, has been updated in new colours but is still almost £60! And it’s ridiculously poor quality. Soon it will be £100 for one of these jumpers, when you can go to Massimo Dutti, Zara, even asos and get a better quality one for far less money. There is also never a price tag on jewellery. And the shop is very quiet, meaning that it can be awkward when you are in, very silent with assistants staring at you, which I don’t like. I like to be unobtrusive when I shop, not be stared at and feel like every noise I make is heard and observed. Main issue though is that it is far, far too expensive. £60 for a jumper that loses its shape after 1 wear is nothing short of a rip off. Their returns policy isn’t great either. 2 stars as I do have to admit that I like the colours of some of their stuff and it is a handy enough shop in the village, but for value for money, it leaves a lot to be desired. It’s unacceptable to pay £60 for a jumper that you can spit peas through, that does not wash well and that loses its shape after just one wash.

Placed an order on 28th of December, paid for delivery within 2-3 working days, heard nothing. Emailed to find out when it would arrive, heard nothing. Finally received order on 7th Jan with only one item, other missing, simply written on the sheet "sorry out of stock refunded". Not refunded at all. I would say an extremely poor level of customer service but that would require some sort of engagement to label customer service. Would leave no stars but not an option

Love this wee gem of a shop. Have bought a few lovely dresses and tops and picked up a gorgeous wee leather jacket today. Staff are always lovely and very helpful.

Do not use all their product can be bought online much cheaper and return policy terrible . Bought gift returned within 24 hrs as not suitable and only offered credit note .
