Very well kept store, clean easy to maneuver around clothing racks and items. Staff was polite, on point, and very helpful. This weekend bras were on sale half price, and they were very busy in this area of the store.

I found everything I needed and wanted.

Only place I like to go for bras, as it's the only place I'm comfortable going for stuff like that. They also had a really good sale going. :p

But yeah. They always have stuff I like. The people are super nice too, treating you like a friend rather than a bane.

I am a regular shopper at LB. Went to return a couple items today and was disappointed with the service. Two of the staff were in a personal conversation in a corner while I and another group waited for service. There was no call to us saying "we'll be right there" or even an acknowledgement that we existed. It was not professional. Once they came to assist us, the transaction went fine, I just missed how friendly and helpful the staff used to be. The clothing is good quality, though overpriced if not on sale.

Sales clerk helpful. I was sized for new bras. They did not have the style I requested in inventory. She did not offer to find one for me at another store, or offer to order it online. Left without purchase.
