Shopped here today for the first time in ages and i just have to say ALL your current staff members are absolutely a delight to talk to. they were so kind and helpful. making sure i tried final sale items on, and bringing me correct sizes. Customer service is top notch compared to the trainyards location. thank you to the girls that helped make my experience a pleasure today!

It was my first experience with this store and it will be my last. I bought a gift here before XMAS. I then came back to return an unopened package. I had the original bag and an unopened package together with a gift receipt (2 of them as it happens). I was told that store policy was to only provide a store credit with a gift receipt. As I was the one who purchased the gift 10 days earlier, I pointed out that this made no sense given the circumstances. They stated that this did not matter as it was store policy. I spoke to a very aggressive store manager. There was no attempt to serve me as a customer. Only the repeating "It is store policy". The best part was that they were able to tell me the exact amount that I spent on the exact day that I went to the store. Basically, it came down to the fact that I did not have the piece of paper. When I made a reference to another company's exceptional customer service and returns process, their response was (and I quote): Yes, but that is an electronic receipt. The irony is palpable. It also says a lot about the relative importance of the customer for this organization when they are willing to go to these lengths in the name of policy for such a small amount.

The cashier made an error during the transaction which resulted in me losing the balance of my gift card. I waited over 10 mins while she sorted it out. This situation in itself would have been fine, things happen. However the cashier did not offer any sort of apology, in fact she was quite rude and behaved as if I had inconvenienced her.

My wife buys lingerie here even though her weight must be 3x that of their skinny bony models. They need to diversify their models to include normal-weight and coloured women. Note: their mannequins are explicit; gals, leave your menfolk at Starbucks!

La Vie en Rose has promotional material around the store saying they have “expanded their sizes” to be more inclusive. If you google them, their mission statement is “for all women”. Yet, when you enter the first part of the store, they only have medium sizes displayed, and the xs to xl are in drawers. I want to ask the visual staff, what visual does this offer the consumer in this up and coming body positive society? That average is what gets the most visual real estate? I went on their website and I see much of the same, so I know this is their branding not a visual mishap. Really disappointed and I would consider taking notes from Victoria Secret on how women just won’t tolerate this anymore. I will not be shopping here again nor recommending them to my network.

I measured my own bra size, my band was at 35 inches. I went into the store, got told 38 C...nothing else. No...thats was the exact same measurement I got at Rideau (also wrong then) 30 pounds ago. This company doesn't know how to measure your bra size. I don't understand how I weigh 30 pounds less...measure at a 35 band...aaaand get the same band size I was before? 38=35 now?

You would think that after spending more than $115.00 on a couple of items they would not charge you for a cardboard box or bag to leave the store with your items. Felt like shopping at a cheap grocery store…
