I was there yesterday afternoon and a lovely woman named Dominique was absolutely amazing. I have never had an experience going bra shopping the way I did yesterday. She not only sized me properly, got me all types and styles of bras she also also helped me save over $300! My experience with Dominique was definitely one I will never forget! Thank you so much!

The women working there on Saturday were judgemental. I had to practically beg for assistance. Two of the women looked me up and down and the cashier made an awful comment about the price insinuating I wasn’t able to afford it. I felt like I wasn’t good enough to be in the store, I was incredibly uncomfortable. Sure I wasn’t well put together that day, but I came straight from the gym and I was trying to buy pjs. This is not the first experience I’ve had here where the women were rude, judgy, and had terrible costumer service. I know many women who avoid this store specifically because of the girls who work there. Please consider hiring someone kind. thank you.

My daughter and I went into this location about an hour or so before the store closed, and received the best customer service! We’ve struggled in the past to find the perfect fit bra for my daughter and always seems like such a daunting task. But with the help of V, we purchased 5 new bras for my daughter. Thank you so much! I can’t express how much of a positive experience this was for her.

This 1 star review is for the old woman at the fitting room. My experience with her tells me she is selective of providing good customer service. The moment I walked in at the fitting room I could sense negative energy from her. You know when you have that certain feeling towards another person who you know will just ruin your day? So… I guess what I’m trying to say is, please be kind to everybody no matter what. Just because we are not the same skin color doesn’t mean you have to treat me less friendly and less nice than the customer next to my cubicle who is the same skin color as yours. You were not really nice to me. And mind you, that silence that happened right after I closed my cubicle door, I knew that you were talking about me with that other person who happened to have the same skin color as yours. And I know it wasn’t nice.
So.. I thank you, old woman at the fitting room, for ruining my day. I thank you for making me sad. I thank you validating my decision not to move back to Durham Region because believe it or not, people in the Peel Region are more accepting and dare I say, civilized, in terms of people like you at this day and age, still refuse to be more accepting and kind to all people. Now, I am not asking for special treatment. It was never about that. It’s just about being kind to people no matter what. And for you, I guess that’s a luxury you cannot afford.

Nevertheless, I still thank the other ladies at the store who provided sincere and genuine customer service. I love your store products and the sale prices you offer.
