A big thank you to the sales associate whose name escapes me now for all of your assistance this morning! I was dreading bra shopping as most often than not lingerie types of stores make you feel uncomfortable and judged. After buying bras at a competitor store that I absolutely hated I went this morning without much expectation. That all changed as I walked into the store. I felt completely at ease and so comfortable like I was catching up with a longtime friend. No pressure sales approach but truly helped me feel more confident and suggested taking one type home of each I was comfortable in to try before purchasing an updated closest. I have never felt more comfortable in a woman’s clothing store and will be back 100% to purchase others. Thank you again!

No matter who you are, La senza is an amazing place to shop. If you go I'd ask for Eiesa because this staff member will go out of her way to make you as comfortable as you can be.

Amazing experience here every time, but especially yesterday.
I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped me, she was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Only complaint, the lighting in the dressing rooms is terrible and accentuates every single dimple and mark on your body!

I had an outstanding experience at La Senza! The staff here are incredible—so attentive and knowledgeable. I needed help picking out something special for my wife, and honestly, I was clueless. Jessie went above and beyond to guide me through the options, offering excellent suggestions and making the whole process awkward-free. They truly made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. My wife absolutely loved the gift, and I have the amazing staff at La Senza to thank for that. Their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers make this store stand out. If I could give zero stars I would. Workers are so rude and have no respect for customers, the tall black haired older woman gave me and my friends weird looks and was clearly talking about us to her other coworker. they need to learn how to act at their grown age in a professional setting. Also the place smelt awful. They should be more concerned about their dirty looks than a bunch of young girls that are just trying to go bra shopping. Not coming back. Do not recommend until they get new staff.

I went here with my girlfriend earlier today at around 5:15pm to look at bras, and unfortunately their biggest size was just a bit too tight for her. I was very happy with the service though!! The lady helping us was beyond helpful and kind, and has amazing customer service. I didn't catch her name, but I hope she sees this and knows she made our day!

I absolutely hate shopping, and bra shopping makes me so overwhelmed because I never get the right size. Jess helped me today and she was the most amazing associate I’ve ever had from a La Senza store, she was caring towards me and what I wanted/ needed. She really knew what she was doing. Today was the first time I went bra shopping and left with a huge smile on my face.
