Beautiful store, the selection is really well curated. Great to see brands such as Lemaire, The Row & Comme des Garçons. I brought a pair of CDG Homme Plus shorts on sale for over $650 off the retail price; insane & very happy. There was no pressure to purchase but of course, I walked out with something.

My only complaint is that I wish items held in store were also held from being sold on the site. I had a coat I wanted to go back & purchase, however 10 minutes before the store opened I received (a very nice) email from customer services informing me the piece had unfortunately been sold. Very disheartening but I should’ve brought it the first time I came in. So just be mindful when reserving items in store. I also wish items on hold would be taken off plastic hangers & placed into nicer ones. Other than that, La Garçonne is the best place to shop in NYC for luxury goods.

The staff are very kind & helpful & they have great taste when it comes to the music played in store!

I had a terrible experience at this store. My friend and I were treated poorly by the staff, who were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. What made it worse was that they were being friendly and attentive to other customers, but for some reason, we were ignored. Even though we made a purchase, we left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued. For a high-end store, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and won’t be returning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated.

One of my favorite stores in New York. I love the sales staff, always helpful. I once had a package disappear, I was refunded right away… no games or “we are keeping your money for another 10 days”. UPS put an incorrect address label over La Garconne’s shipping label. The person that received my package several weeks later found me from the packing slip. I called the store and told them what happened, they offered for me to keep the item. (I sent it back as it didn’t fit) But someone at the store called me to say thanks. I was humbled by everyone involved kindness, so rare these days.
La Garçonne has a beautiful curation of all the best brands.

Wow these previous reviews seem to be people complaining about rules applying to them.

Went for first time recently. I usually shop uptown and vintage. What a great find! Curated collections of the best labels around.... the Row, Dries, etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We bought nothing and looked around a long time.

I gave them a chance again because I like their brand selection and curation. I went during their FW Sale and had a better experience. Bought something and would go back again. It really depends on the people around.

Such gross customer experience. I frequent this place coming every season and every time, they continue to prove how pretentious they are. They only acknowledge white people and ignore others. It doesn't matter if the associates are POC, there's definitely bias. Instead of acknowledging you and having a conversation with you about the pieces you're looking at, they'd rather be on their phones and computers and make the security follow every move you make. It's embarrassing how they act and make you feel like a thief. I go to even more luxurious stores but don't get this experience. This is the epitome of pretentiousness and shallowness. I try to let go of these things but continuous bad experiences with this shop just keeps piling on.

Ok , me and my friend bought jeans in that store and I wanted to return jeans I got the receipt where it says 14 days to return, so I came , the rudest sells representative told me you cant do that, that’s final sale and it’s from the trunk show. They told me they forgot to tell me about it but there is nothing they can do. I asked for the manager and they said that she is on vacation and NOT reachable. In a meantime The security guy jumped out of his chair and came near our conversation like we are some kind of thieves or threatening. We were polite.
Anyway it’s the worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend this store at all. Very high attitude for no reason.
