Sensei Nick is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. His dojo and instructors are great at motivating and training kids and also adults in the martial arts. There is always a valuable life lesson to learn from his classes for the kids beyond instilling the discipline/respect and teaching the kids martial arts & self defense. They have family classes as well. We enjoy training with him and would highly recommend you and your family train there.

Sensei Nick and his team of instructors offer a variety of mixed martial arts training for children and adults. Incredible training program with world class instructions under the tutelage of Master Instructor Nick . Very fun environment and real world self defense . Focus is not on competing in tournaments but competing with oneself . Great school in St Cloud and Dr Phillips at Fitness Cf.

It amazing place and I will go there a million times it nice but when you get there make sure to respect him no hands in pocket stand up and when you cross the black line always say huse you will get in shape and you and your parents can do it to so go there you will be amazed
